Digital Signage I Retail I QSR I Government I Enterprise
Whether it is to interact, attract, promote, or inform, digital signage works! Using
video walls to show current trends in-store, show corporate video’s in your company,
or inform people in a waiting room or at school, name it and digital signage makes
it possible.
Additionally, Digital Signage is highly versatile. Being able to change content and
show real-time updates with the current newsfeed, social media, news, and queue
updates. Check our website for examples on digital signage!
2
Smart kiosk I QSR I Transportation I Leisure
Choose, order and pay. Three steps that define smart kiosk as customers and visitors
can easily get their order without standing in line. Or use a kiosk to engage visitors
more with games and information in, for instance, a theme park or a zoo.
The possibilities are endless.
3
Surveillance & analytics I Enterprise I Public places I Retail
Traditional surveillance is used to monitor behaviour or information from a distance.
This includes monitoring the building or the streets and check for vandalism or to
warn intruders that they are being watched.
Combine surveillance and analytics and gather information on how shoppers shop
to optimize your store lay-out or to place ads where they get the most interest. Or,
connect surveillance & analytics with digital signage to warn people to that they
need a shopping cart or to measure and show occupancy.
4
Smart Building I Enterprise I Government I Hospitality
In a smart building, technology is adjusted to maximize efficiency for the people
and activities in it. Productivity goes up and smart buildings are usually a lot more
environmentally friendly than traditional ones.
Control the lights and the temperature with one system and control the occupancy
using access control or meeting room management. Connect sensors to set up an
automated alarm system for a safer environment and use predicting algorithms so
a maintenance request gets sent out, even before the system is broken.

AiCU I AOPEN intelligent Control Unit I Out-of-Band I Secure
The final tool is the AiCU (AOPEN intelligent Control Unit): AOPEN’s own Remote
Device Management module, for Windows 10 and Ubuntu 16.04 OS. The module is
in simple terms, a mini PC inside AOPEN devices. The AiCU has lower-level hardware
control and solves the most common pain points in any installation.
Control over your device is managed in a cloud-based portal or via an API. It allows
you to not just control your hardware, but also software with a range of in-band and
out-of-band options.

Intel® AMT I Intel vPRO® I Out-of-Band I BIOS take-over
Intel® AMT is part of the Intel vPro® platform and is a very powerful tool to have. It
offers out-of-band control that allows you to take over the PC as if you were sitting
right next to it. You have complete access to the system and all the data. It’s even
possible to boot straight into the BIOS from a cold start or redirect to a different
boot device.

Chrome Device Management I Chrome OS I Single Kiosk Mode
The Google Chrome OS ecosystem recently built in a new feature into the Chrome
Device Management. Using Chrome Remote Desktop, you can remotely control
your Chrome OS in-band. This includes when it’s running in single kiosk mode.
As an IT admin for a business or school, you can manage Chrome devices, from a
cloud-based Admin console. Enforce policies, set up Chrome features for users,
provide access to your internal VPNs and WiFi networks, force install Chrome apps
and extensions, and more.
