Training Evaluation Rating:

End of Training Assessment is 4 – means that the participants were satisfied on the quality of
program planning , management, preparation, delivery of program content, trainers’/discussants of the sessions,
attainment of objectives, provision of support materials, venue and accommodation.

Narrative Report:

Relative to the implementation of new normal for the incoming School Year 2020-2021, the development
of the Learning Activity Sheets (LAS) shall be based on the Most Essential Learning Competencies
(MELC) issued by the Central Office. The uniformed template for the Learning Activity Sheets (LAS) is
attached below.

An activity sheet is commonly a piece of paper with questions or activities. Students can either place
their answers or perform the specific activity. In addition to that, the activity sheet is also used to record
the activities done by a person, a group of people, a family, or an organization

A worksheet and the activity sheet are almost the same. The only difference is that an activity sheet is
commonly done with a group session. Meaning that the activities and or task are done and accomplished
by a group, while the worksheet can be done by an individual alone.

As an assessment tool, worksheets can be used by teachers to understand students' previous knowledge,


outcome of learning, and the process of learning; at the same time, they can be used to enable students to
monitor the progress of their own learning

It is equally important that each activity is meaningful, and ensures student development and


advancement through the unit. Activities should build on previous activities and avoid being repetitive,
they should enable students to engage with and develop their skills, knowledge and understandings in
different ways.

Each teacher should acquire knowledge on the development of MELCs –based LAS aligned in “new
normal of education”.

Activity sheets provide the context and direction and importantly the process to participate in activities,
link to resources and free media utilizing a variety of media and publishing tools.
Activity sheets can be mapped against learning outcomes and performance criteria and recontextualized
by other teachers
