Offices as of January 2020, as evaluated and generated by the Central Office Technical Working
Group (COTWG) of the Bureau of Construction and approved by the undersigned, to be used
as reference by your respective Regional and District Engineering-Offices in the
preparation/review of Program of Works (POW's), Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) and
Variation Order for DPWH Infrastructure Projects.
