19.2 Mixed - Conditionals - Advanced

The document discusses mixed conditionals, which are conditional sentences that combine elements of different types of conditionals. It provides two examples of mixed conditional structures: 1. Type 1 combines an unreal past condition with a third conditional result (past perfect + would have V3). This is used when the past condition is impossible. 2. Type 2 combines a past perfect condition with a present continuous result (past perfect + would + base form). This is used when the result still applies in the present. Homework examples are given applying these mixed conditional structures where needed to properly reflect the intended meanings.
