1.0 Scope
This procedure is applicable to all the Acts/ Rules, Regulations and other requirements related to
Environmental, Health and Safety which are applicable to the operations of the Company.

5.0 Details

1 Contact the following agencies at least once in a quarter for Legal Register
identification of new Legislation (including corporate requirements) HR Executive/
or amendments in existing legislation: MR /
Legal register is also revised any time in a year when the Maintenance
information about amendment in law or act, introducing of new Head
law or act received from Environment consultant, Manager HR on
monthly basis also looks in to the websites of national safety
council, Madhya Pradesh Safety Council, MPCB and CPCB.

(e.g., Ambient Air, Stack Emission, Ambient and Workplace Noise Head reports
Monitoring, Calibration, Testing of lifting tools and tackles etc.).
6 Compliance to Legal & Other Requirements: Compliance of
MR Or member of SCM shall conduct the review of compliance of Legal & Other
