I. COURSE DESCRIPTION : This course prepares students to gather, describe, and analyze data,

and use advanced statistical tools to make decisions on operations,
risk management, finance, marketing, etc. Analysis is done targeting
economic and financial decisions in complex systems that involve
multiple partners. Topics include probability, statistics, hypothesis
testing, regression, clustering, decision trees, and forecasting.

II. PROGRAM OUTCOMES : Graduates of Bachelor of Hospitality Management major in Lodging


Management should have the ability to:

PO1. produce food products and services complying with enterprise


standards;

PO2. apply management skills in F & B service and operations;

PO3. perform and maintain various housekeeping services for guest


and facility operations;

PO4. perform and provide full guest cycle services for front office;

PO5. plan and implement a risk management program to provide a


safe and secure workplace;

PO6. provide food and beverage service and manage the operation
seamlessly based on industry standards.

III COURSE OUTCOMES : At the end of the course, the students should be able to:
