“A RESOLUTION ADOPTING & APPROVING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCE # 29


SERIES OF 2020 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS “AN ORDINANCE ENACTING THE
ENVIROMENTAL CODE OF BARANGAY GUBATAN MACO DAVAO DE ORO AND
PROVIDING FUNDS FOR THIS PURPOSE”

WHEREAS, On February 21, 2020 Punong Barangay Arniel T. Fernandez


presented to this august body the Barangay Ordinance Number 29 Series of
2020 otherwise known as “AN ORDINANCE ENACTING THE ENVIROMENTAL
CODE OF BARANGAY GUBATAN MACO DAVAO DE ORO AND PROVIDING FUNDS
FOR THIS PURPOSE”

WHEREAS, This Barangay Ordinance must be disseminated to the seven Puroks


in Barangay Gubatan for strict compliance and implementation also posting in
three (3) conspicuous places;
WHEREAS, On January 15, 2021 was the second reading, period of interpolation
and period of amendments were discussed and last March 19, 2021 was the
third and final reading of this Ordinance and unanimously carried;

WHEREAS, On December 9, 2020 was the Committee Hearing and it was


unanimously affirmed by the Barangay Health Board;

WHEREAS, On November 7, 2020 was the Public Hearing and discussed to the
seven (7) Puroks of Barangay Gubatan with strict compliance of health protocols
was implemented;

WHEREAS, This august body will adopt and approved the Barangay Ordinance
Number 29 Series of 2020;

NOW THEREFORE, On motion of Honorable Joemari G. Edullantes and


seconded by Honorable Joventino A. Egdalin, the Sangguniang Barangay adopts
and approves “AN ORDINANCE ENACTING THE ENVIROMENTAL CODE OF
BARANGAY GUBATAN MACO DAVAO DE ORO AND PROVIDING FUNDS FOR THIS
PURPOSE”;

RESOLVED, That this resolution will be forwarded to the Sangguniang Bayan for
reviews and any involved implementing agencies for thorough
recommendations;

RESOLVED, This resolution shall takes its effect after the approval.

I hereby certify to the correctness of the foregoing Resolution Number 42 Series of 2021
otherwise known as “A RESOLUTION ADOPTING & APPROVING THE BARANGAY
ORDINANCE # 29 SERIES OF 2020 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS “AN ORDINANCE
ENACTING THE ENVIROMENTAL CODE OF BARANGAY GUBATAN MACO DAVAO
DE ORO AND PROVIDING FUNDS FOR THIS PURPOSE ” enacted by the members of
Sangguniang Barangay during the 34TH Regular Monthly Session on April 5, 2021.
