Reflection Questions:

1.Am I sensitive to the fact that people differ from

each other?
I, for myself, know that every human being is different from
each other. I'm not bothered by the fact that everyone is
unique. I'd rather say that I'm proud and supportive that each
human being has their own characteristics and attitudes when
it comes to life.

2. Do I treat everyone fairly?

In fact, yes, I do treat everyone fairly, regardless of their
own decisions, opinions, attitudes, and character. I have one
reason to be fair to anyone; it is because I'm not in their
own shoes to be judgemental about things that I have not
experienced in all her/his life. Being able to express
ourselves to others without being judged is fair enough to be
treated as human.

3. Am I respectful in my communication with classmates, peers

regardless of age, gender, religion, SES, race, ethnicity and
abilities? How?
Yes, I am respectful to everyone, even if it comes with my
peers that I share secrets with. In life, we still have
something that is called "below the belt" where other things
should not be said, like insulting words, even though I know
that those are their insecurities. While respecting others,
they will also respect you back, treating everyone with
kindness and a helping hand.
4. What practices do you observe to celebrate your
uniqueness as persons inside the classroom?

When it comes to school work and activities, when one of my

classmates is having a hard time doing a task and doesn't know
how to start, I would help them by giving my own ideas.
Sharing the idea that I have can surely help them big time,
but that's all it is. I don't want to do their own work. I'll
just give them a view on what they should do. because I don't
want them to be dependent on someone and keep asking for help
every time.
