DONATION AGREEMENT

and valid until […], Personal Identification Number […] (hereinafter referred to as the “Grantor”),

and

and valid until […], Personal Identification Number […] (hereinafter referred to as the “Grantee”).

WHEREAS:

1. The Grantor intends to donate the amount of EUR […] (the „Movable Good”) to the Grantee in
accordance with the provisions herein.

2. The Grantee accepts the donation from the Grantor in accordance with the present Agreement.

THIS DONATION AGREEMENT IS CONCLUDED AS FOLLOWS:

1. The Grantor donates pursuant this Agreement to the Grantee the Movable Good, which is in the
exclusive property of the Grantor / which is in the joint ownership of the Grantor and the Grantee under
the legal matrimonial system of joint tenancy of assets.

2. The donation of the Movable Good is made free of encumbrances.

3. The Grantor declares definitively and irrevocably that he has acquired the Movable Good as follows:

4. The Grantor declares definitively and irrevocably that, on the date of authentication of this Agreement,
he is the exclusive owner of the Movable Good / The Movable Good is under the joint ownership of the
Grantor and the Grantee.

5. The Grantee takes possession of the Movable Good starting today, the date of concluding this
Agreement.

6. The Grantee unconditionally accepts the donation on the Movable Good that is the object of this
Agreement, declaring that she understands the status of the Movable Good, in fact and in law.

7. The Grantor and the Grantee hereby each declare that all clauses of this Agreement have been drafted
and accepted in accordance with their free will and that they sign this Agreement with full understanding
of its content and effects.
