Action Plan and Mplentation
Action Plan and Mplentation
B. GOAL
• Provide a blended learning not only thru online learning, include modular
learning.
• Ensure the quality of education given to our students.
• Few but meaningful learning assessment to our dear students that caters all
the important domain and objective.
• Emphasizing standards and expectation in every instruction for each task or
activity.
• To have a harmonious community between the parents, students, and
teachers, so that they can help to monitor the students in their learning
progress.
• Stick and be strict to a given deadline.
C. PLANNED STRATEGIES
IMPLEMENTATION OF TIMEFRAME
Because of the implementation of the timeframe a teacher may have lot
of free time because of this, can monitor their own pace now. Even if it is a
Work From Home set up a teacher should follow the working hours that is
implemented in their respected schools. When it comes to students, if they
follow the given timeframe to them, they will manage their module and online
class easily.
UTILIZING THE TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION
Just because communication occurs over the internet doesn’t mean it has
to be lagged or asynchronous. In fact, there are countless tools — many of them
free to use — to help students and teachers communicate in real-time. For
example, you can use video conferencing software to have live conversations
with your students, either one-on-one or in group settings. This gives your
students a chance to ask you questions, raise concerns, and work through
complex course material more successfully. In addition to video conferencing
software, you can also use instant messaging apps for students who prefer to
communicate via text. Examples include Skype, Google Meet, FaceTime,
Zoom, and Google Hangouts.
EMPHASZING STANDARDS AND EXPECTATIONS
To avoid misunderstand in giving instruction to a certain activity, make
sure and make it clear your standards and expectations in each activity, so that
students know how to create their activity easily. Make sure that you’ve given
the objective of the activity always and highlight your rubrics in giving
instructions.
D. ACTUAL OUTPUTS
1. Implementation of timeframe wherein it includes teachers’ schedule.
2. Orientation regarding in using online platforms to parents and students.
3. Weekly kumustahan to students regarding their progress in school. It
should be set during Friday and it will call FUN DAY, where in they
may also have mini activity and conduct online weekly exercise to make
sure that they are physically active and healthy.
4. Monthly kumustahan with the parents, to know if they have any
difficulty in doing distance learning.
5. Weekly checking of the task or assessment of the students.
E. OUTCOMES
We are now in a digital world; learning can be found easily. Students
now a days are very lucky because they both have the modern world and a
globally competitive teacher. One challenge comes from the changing
perceptions of what learning is all about. The second challenge comes from new
learning opportunities that technology now affords. Constructivism,
interpretivism, and computing technology, separately and often together, have
redesigned the conception of the challenges and opportunities of learning, and
brought about new learning possibilities for almost all teaching and learning
situations, including traditional classroom teaching, distance learning, and self-
learning. Computer-supported learning environments could have good
problems that will stimulate students to explore and reflect on their knowledge
construction. Distance learning-based programs could increase access for
students to online information, whereas open and distance-learning programs
may be difficult to implement in the laboratory sciences, but they have real
potential to maximize the use of technology. We should accept and adopt the
changing happens in our education.
