My warmest greetings to the school officials,
administrators, faculty members and advisers, teachers,
parents, and guardians of the graduates and completers of
School Year 2021-2022!

On behalf of the Department of Education (DepEd), I am

proud to celebrate the successes, milestones, and
achievements of this batch’s graduates and promoted
students in this year’s End-of-School-Year rites with the
theme “K to 12 Graduates: Pursuing Dreams and Fostering
Resilience in the Face of Adversity.”

In the past six years, we committed to our mandate to enhance the quality of education,
broaden its access, and ensure its relevance in the rapidly changing world.

DepEd endeavored to address each challenge by instituting programs and reforms in the
Department. We have fully implemented the K to 12 curriculum and the aggressive
reforms of Sulong EduKalidad to produce globally competitive learners and teachers.
We also expanded our mission for accessible education by strengthening the Alternative
Learning System (ALS) and the Last Mile Schools programs to reach more Filipinos.
Likewise, we also established the National Academy of Sports (NAS) and Education
Futures Unit to create more opportunities for our learners and anticipate the future of the
education system in the country.

Committed to sustaining this momentum, the Department developed and implemented the
Basic Education-Learning Continuity Program (BE-LCP), where we offered various
learning modalities and produced award-winning initiatives such as the DepEd TV and
DepEd Commons at the height of the pandemic. Eventually, the Department held its
ground against an unprecedented challenge in basic education as we progressively expand
the reintroduction of face-to-face classes in the country.

Indeed, education is truly a shared responsibility. This is why we express our utmost
appreciation to our dear parents and teachers for being our partners in nurturing the youth
throughout the years.

To the Class of 2022, resilience is in your blood. You have survived one of the toughest
times in human history, yet still embraced education as your primary tool to success. I
believe that with your passion and purpose, you can reach your dreams and change the
world.

May you keep on harnessing and imparting wisdom as together, we will build a nation of
competent global citizens and future leaders.

LEONOR MAGTOLIS BRIONES

Secretary

My warmest congratulations to all Junior High
School graduates of 2021-2022 and heartfelt
gratitude to all the teachers, school leaders,
parents, guardians, and partners who are a big
part of making today’s celebration possible.

This milestone is indeed a proud moment for

us all. We emerged victorious against the
pandemic that forced us to the new normal.
I am glad that despite the drastic changes in
our system, your desire for a better future
remained. You worked hard, persevered, and
sailed the waves to achieve this success.

To our Junior High School completers, you are now moving to a higher level,
Senior High School. Indeed, this is not the end but rather a beginning of a new
chapter, and a long journey to success still awaits you. My utmost desire is that
you remain steadfast in achieving your dreams with courage and faith. With
maturity, confidence, and the knowledge, skills, and values you have acquired
during your junior year, may you soar to greater heights and win in every battle
you face.

The present may still be uncertain but keep the hope for as God has promised in
Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans
to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”, a better
future is waiting for you.

As you move forward with your lives, I hope you carry a thankful heart for the
people who contributed much to your success, namely your teachers, parents,
guardians, friends, and schoolmates. Continue learning and explore all
possibilities that await you, and be a blessing and inspiration to others around
you.

You are the future of Caraga. You are the future of this nation.

Once again, congratulations, my dear Junior High School completers.

Mabuhay kayong lahat!

STA. FE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

As the sky paints its rainbow after the storm, a mark of
hope for a better tomorrow will always follow. My dear
graduates, today marks one of the streaks of the rainbow
of your future as it signifies hope amidst great
tribulations in this era. Remember this day as you have
stepped forward towards a brighter future. You have
shown your strength that even with risks and
uncertainties, you are reaping today the fruit of your hard
work.

My warmest regards to you, graduates of Batch 2021-

2022. Your achievement today is an emblem of hope and
inspiration. The challenges that our education system experienced with the pandemic
did not hinder you from reaching this significant moment. You are an example of a
Filipino learner that is resolute in the desire to build a better future anchored with a
clear vision. This year’s theme, “Kto12 Graduates: Pursuing Dreams and Fostering
Resilience in the Face of Adversity," reminds us that darkness could never defeat
sunrise, as problems will always be conquered by a great will to persevere and the
desire to achieve your goals in life.

My dear graduates, as you continue to form the puzzle of yourself towards

understanding the world and developing the best part of you, always remember that
being educated is not only an aspect of mind advancement but rather a facet of
character formation that embodies your learning. Pursue your dreams, reach your
goals, and aim high, but still stay grounded. Let your character be refined by your
education, thus bringing you to the brink of your success. Please remember that to be
educated is to act educated and thus give the spice of the 21st Century graduate.

Graduates, let this event become a gift to those that support you. To the arms that
carry you during the times that you struggle to complete your educational journey.
To those that guide you and lighten your loads, they are your true strengths and your
great asset in life. Being thankful is a sign of gratitude to them that serve as your
foundation to reach your ambitions and aspirations.

Congratulations, my dear graduates! Let the trials in life be a challenge to reach your
dreams, to reach the highest of your hopes towards the corners of your smiles, to the
windows of opportunities, and to the most special places your heart has ever known.

A joyous and safe graduation everyone!

MINERVA T. ALBIS, Ph.D.

Schools Division Superintendent

A blessed day to all of us! Hearing the quoted words of
Kerry Washington that states, “Your life is your adventure.
And the adventure ahead of you is a journey to fulfill
your own purpose and potential”, I said to myself, it is a
perfect ‘words to ponder’ for you my dear graduates!

Today is a proof that there is a rainbow after the rain. Look

at us now, celebrating your graduation day in face-to-face
after a long and tiring pandemic. Although, our battle against
the virus is not yet over and we are not yet totally free, we
can now celebrate with lesser worries. LET US ALL CLAP
OUR HANDS FOR THE VICTORY THAT WE ALL
WORKED TOGETHER!

Your life is your adventure. My dear graduates, be what you want to be but don’t
forget to follow the right path. There will be a lot of struggles you will encounter
along the way but always remember that the journey driven by positivity will end up
to the lightest part of the cave. Just do your best! DO YOUR BEST!

The adventure ahead of you is a journey to fulfill your own purpose and potential. To
all of you dear graduates, you have overcome at least two years in preparatory
schooling, six years in elementary education, four years in Junior High School and
two years in Senior High School. You must be proud of yourselves! Your journey is
not yet on its half way but look at you, armed with knowledge and skills you need in
the future battle, when you step out of this campus. Dear graduates, use these gained
knowledge and skills to fulfill your dreams and to discover your own purpose and
potential. Your future depends on you.

To the parents who never give up in pushing and supporting our dear graduates, you
deserve a never ending gratitude. Dear parents, you survived earning a living in the
midst of pandemic. You never hesitated to take part in the school activities which is
definitely a great contributor for your son’s or daughter’s celebration today!
Congratulations for your victory my dear parents!
To the teachers who spent half of their lives here in school just to do their best in
teaching the students, thank you very much for your efforts. Our graduates today will
never be in their toga without you, burning the midnight candles.

Again, congratulations my dear graduates and to all the people who made this
celebration possible. Remind yourselves that for every endeavor, do not forget to put
God in the center of it.
Thank you and Kudos to you batch 2022!

ONE MORE GIFT NEVER ENOUGH

I'm trying to hold my breath RAINBOW

Refrain: Let it stay this way
If there's one more gift Can't let this moment end When it rains, it pours
I'd ask of you, You set off a dream in me But you didn't even notice
Getting louder now It ain't rainin' anymore
Lord it would be peace It's hard to breathe when all you
Can you hear it echoing?
here on earth Take my hand know is
As gentle as your Will you share this with me? The struggle of stayin' above the
risin' water lines
children's laughter 'Cause darling, without you
All the shine of a thousand
All around, all around Well, the sky has finally opened
spotlights The rain and wind stopped blowin'
All the stars we steal from the But you're stuck out in the same ol'
Verse 1: night sky storm again
Your people have Will never be enough You hold tight to your umbrella
grown weary Never be enough Well, darlin', I'm just tryin' to tell ya
Towers of gold are still too little That there's always been a
Of living in confusion These hands could hold the rainbow
When will we realize world but it'll Hangin' over your head
That neither heaven is at Never be enough
Never be enough If you could see what I see
peace You'd be blinded by the colors
For me
When we will live not in Never, never
Yellow, red, and orange, and
peace green
Never, never And at least a million others
(Refrain) Never, for me So tie up the boat, take off your
For me coat
Never enough And take a look around
Verse 2:
Never enough
Grant me serenity within Never enough Well, the sky has finally opened
For the confusions For me The rain and wind stopped blowin'
around For me But you're stuck out in the same ol'
For me storm again
Are mere reflections.. You hold tight to your umbrella
All the shine of a thousand
Of what's within.. spotlights
Well, darlin', I'm just tryin' to tell ya
What's within in me? That there's always been a
All the stars we steal from the
rainbow
(Refrain) night sky Hangin' over your head
Will never be enough
Never be enough Oh, tie up the boat, take off your
Towers of gold are still too little coat
These hands could hold the And take a look around
world but it'll Everything is alright now
Never be enough
Never be enough 'Cause the sky has finally opened
For me The rain and wind stopped blowin'
Never, never But you're stuck out in the same ol'
storm again
Never, never
You hold tight to your umbrella
Never, for me
Well, darlin', I'm just tryin' to tell ya
For me That there's always been a
Never enough rainbow
Never, never Hangin' over your head
Never enough Yeah, there's always been a
Never, never rainbow
Never enough Hangin' over
For me Your head
For me
For me Mmm
For me It'll all be alright
