Duties and responsibilities

- Checking of payments prepared through cheque & telegraphic transfer to internal & external customer based on the
corporation’s financial policy & signing authority.

-Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices,
and documentation.

-Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation.

-Completes audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findings.

-Appraises adequacy of internal control systems by completing audit questionnaires

- Prepare contractor’s payment according to the contract agreement.


- Check petty cash report & reimbursement request & take necessary action.
- Project settlement report, travel expense reports, travel authorizations, requisitions, petty-cash replenish.
- Prepare cash collection & deposit status report monthly.
- Verify all tax payment & tax related issue.
- Prepare annual source & use statement for all funds given to Universal Access Program.
- Prepare monthly & yearly all tax declarations.
- Prepare & issue VAT/withholding tax receipts for applicable payment.
- Receive and serve customers on front line.
- Preparing bank slip when the time we receive and deposit to bank.
- Examine cash report, allocating accounts and passing journal entry.
