KRA 1

Objective 1

One of the ways to improve the learning outcomes is to analyse the result
of the quarterly assessment, specifically analysing each item to determine
which competency are needed to be given emphasis. Upon knowing the
problem, intervention was administered.

Objective 2

Pre – conference

Instructional super visionary plan is discussed before the observation to


agree on a specific competence from C.o.T.

Post – conference

After observation, the teacher conferred with the school head to discuss/
assess the experience and to analyse whether the objectives of lesson and
the targeted competence were met. Technical assistance were given based
form the strength and weaknesses presented by the teachers.

Objective 3

Literacy
To determine the status of the reading proficiency level of the students,
the school, through English Department, conducted the Phil-IRI Pre-Test.
Based form the result, out of 70 Grade 7 students, 30 students belonged to
frustration level, 30 students were instructional and only 10 students were
independent readers. Anchored on the Mother Project called Project
R.O.S.E. (Reading Of Selection Everyday), English teachers developed
several intervention programs/ projects. These programs/ projects were
to address this issue in order to enhance and improve the reading and
comprehension level of the Grade 7 students.

Result:

After utilizing these programs, the Englsih Department conducted the


Phil-IRI Post Test and the result was as follows. Out of 70 Grade 7
students, 14 students belonged to frustration level, 40 students were
instructional readers and 16 students were independent readers.

Numeracy

To determine the status of the numeracy level of Grade 7 students,


teachers of Mathematics Department conducted a Pre-Test and the result
were as follows. Out of 70 Grade 7 students, 5 students were non-
numerates, 15 students belonged to below average numerate, 30 students
were average numerates and 20 students were numerates. To address this
problem, specifically targeting the below numerates to non-numerates, the
teachers gave intervention instruction such as revisiting and mastering the
basic arithmetic lessons.

Result:

After the rigorous lessons and constant interactive activities provided, post
test was administered and the result were as followed. Out of 70 Grade 7
students, 0 students were non-numerates, 8 students belonged to below
average numerate, 22 students were average numerates and 40 students
were numerates.

KRA 2

Objective 1

Based from the priority needs analysis, it was found out that some of the
factors that the schools must emphasize and advocate were:

Objective 2

Utilization of MOOE and management of finances was aligned and was


based on SIP. The needs purchased were from SIP priority needs.

Objective 3

Through leading and exposing the school to different activities, both


academic and extra – curricular, competency and skills of not only the
teachers but also of the students were improved, utilized and maximized.

KRA 3

Objective 1

In cooperation with WinS, the school conducted quarterly Search for Best
Classroom. Aside from promoting and advocating WinS Program, this is
also to ensure the maintenance of the cleanliness of the school
environment. Along with these were the utilization of the solicited
materials such as the rain catcher and other means of water supply.

Objective 2

Anchored on DepEd Order no. 40, s. 2012, known as “DepEd Child


Protection Policy”, the school, frontlined by the school head, guidance
counsellor and stakeholders, strictly implemented and advocated this
policy. Several activities were provided and one of these was the conduct
of Symposium. This was deemed necessary to bring and raise awareness
about the policy, the impact to students of abuse, violence, exploitation,
discrimination, bullying and other forms of abuse.

To address the awareness of the students, symposium was done as early as


August, 2019 and as early as the school could. This was done to inform
and empower students, specially the Grade 7 students. Letting them now
their rights and form of protection ensures their mental, emotional, social
and physical safety.

KRA 4

Objective 1

Through teacher needs assessment, the teachers’ strengths and


weaknesses were revealed. E-SAT’s (Electronic Self- Assessment Test)
were also utilized during In-Set to further the monitoring and coaching.
During conference, topics to be discussed in LAC Sessions were also
agreed upon.

Objective 2

Pre – observation conference were made to discuss the competencies to be


targeted in the lesson. After the C.O., post – conference were done to
analyse and discuss if the targeted competency were targeted and met.

Objective 3

Due recognition and appreciation were given to the teachers and their
students who exerted exemplary efforts in different activities.

KRA 5

Objective 1

Stakeholders’ contribution in the improvement of the school and its student


body were highly encouraged and recognized. Involving them in different
school activities also provide an avenue for them to immerse themselves, thus
involving in their children’s mental and social formation.
Objective 2

Active participation in community activities such as feeding programs, gift –


giving programs, outreach programs and others. This is to ensure the visibility
and the exhibition of support to the endeavours and further improvements of
the community.
