DEMAND LETTER TO COLLECT PAYMENT

Dear Mr. Romanov:

We write on behalf of our client, Ms. Sofia Anastacia of AR Lending, Inc., in the matter of your
non-payment of your obligation in the amount of P500,000.00 plus interest of 12% per annum.

We would like to inform you that you have an outstanding obligation with our client amounting
to P627,200.00 inclusive of interest which is already due and demandable for two (2) years.
Despite repeated demands, you failed and continuously fail to pay the aforesaid amount.

Accordingly, FINAL DEMAND is hereby made upon you to settle the amount of P627,200.00
within FIFTEEN (15) days from receipt of this letter. Otherwise, we will be constrained to file
the necessary legal action against you to protect the interest of our client.

If you have any questions regarding this demand letter, you may message our office at the

We trust that you will give this matter your prompt attention to avoid the expense and
inconvenience of litigation.
