only be requested after your account opening & firstrequest of flyers delivery willbe done
on cash only. (future requests can be adjusted in account)
Shipper can use their own branded/non branded flyers & in should be fully sealed, avoid
using transparentpackaging.
4 Packaging
• Flyersfrom any other vendor, (courier company) would not be accepted & such shipments
willbe hold in operationsat the time of shipment arrival.
1 Damage +Short Content Within 24Hours. Product details +Marketing For all the damage & short content at delivery,
on Delivery(Consignee). picture +Damage parcelpicture shipper must inform through claimformwithingiven
by consignee +Invoice. cut-off time.
2-a Lost –Booked notarrived. 4 Days of Booking. Scanned signed receiving sheet+ For all the shipments booked but not arrived at Trax,
invoice. shipper mustinform within given cut-off time.
2-b Lost –Afterarrivalbefore 45Days. Product details +Marketing For all the shipments arrived at Trax office but not
delivery. picture +invoice. delivered or returned, shipper must inform within
given cut-off time.
5 Tariff. 2 Days of Invoice. Proposal copy +CalculationError. Claim amount disburse upon calculation & shipper
can claim it within given cut-off time.
6 Damage +Content Short 24Hoursof Return. Product details +Picture +Invoice. Shipper can claim any damage shortcontent in
Return (Shipper). return shipment within given cut-off time.

with the agreed upon rates mentioned within.
