Huawei LTE Physical Channel Resource Management
Huawei LTE Physical Channel Resource Management
SRSs require independent scheduling management, although SRSs are not physical
channels. This document also describes SRS resource management.
PhichResource
Parameter name: PHICH resource
Meaning: Indicates a coefficient that is used to calculate the resources
used by the PHICH for the cell. It corresponds to the Ng parameter in the
protocol. A smaller value results in a smaller number of PHICH groups, a
larger number of UEs supporting code division multiplexing in each
PHICH group, lower PHICH demodulation performance, and a larger
number of UEs scheduled on the PDCCH per TTI. A larger value leads to
the opposite effects.
GUI Value Range: ONE_SIXTH, HALF, ONE, TWO
Actual Value Range: ONE_SIXTH, HALF, ONE, TWO
Unit: None
PhichDuration
Parameter name: PHICH duration
Meaning: Indicates the PHICH duration type. If this parameter is set to
NORMAL, the number of OFDM symbols occupied by the PDCCH is
automatically adjusted. If this parameter is set to EXTENDED, the number
of OFDM symbols occupied by the PDCCH is fixed. Specifically, this
number is fixed to 3 or 4 for 1.4 MHz cells and 3 for cells with other
bandwidths.
GUI Value Range: NORMAL, EXTENDED
Actual Value Range: NORMAL, EXTENDED
Unit: None
Set this parameter by running the MOD PHICHCFG command.
The PDCCH occupies the first or first several symbols of a subframe. If the bandwidth
is 1.4 MHz (Macro), it occupies a maximum of four symbols. In the case of other
bandwidths, it occupies a maximum of three symbols. The basic allocation unit is
control channel element (CCE).
The PDCCH transmits the following three types of downlink control information (DCI):
Downlink grant
This DCI includes the PDSCH resource indicator, modulation and
coding scheme (MCS), HARQ process number, and PUCCH power
control commands. This DCI has multiple formats, such as formats 1,
1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 2, and 2A.
Uplink grant
This DCI includes the PUSCH resource indicator, MCS, and PUSCH
power control commands. This DCI has only format 0.
Power control commands
This DCI is a group of PUSCH power control commands for a UE,
which supplement PUSCH/PUCCH power control commands in an
uplink grant. This DCI has formats 3 and 3A.
A CCE is the smallest resource unit for transmission on a PDCCH. Each CCE
contains nine REGs and carries 72-bit information. Each REG contains four resource
elements (REs). Based on code rates, the eNodeB can aggregate one, two, four, or
eight CCEs to constitute a PDCCH, which corresponds to aggregation level 1, 2, 4, or
8, as stipulated in 3GPP specifications. The aggregation level indicates the number of
CCEs a PDCCH occupies. For example, if the aggregation level is 1, the PDCCH
occupies one CCE; if the aggregation level is 2, the PDCCH occupies two CCEs.
PDCCHs with aggregation level 8 have the lowest code rate and the best
demodulation performance. If PDCCH aggregation levels for all UEs in a cell
are set to 8, CCE resources for PDCCHs are wasted for UEs in the cell center
and at a medium distance from the cell center.
PDCCHs with aggregation level 1 have the highest code rate and the worst
demodulation performance. If PDCCH aggregation levels for all UEs in a cell
are set to 1, PDCCHs may not be correctly demodulated by UEs at a medium
distance from the cell center and at the cell edge.
The ePDCCH and PDSCH use the frequency division multiplexing (FDM) while
the ePDCCH and PDCCH use the time division multiplexing (TDM).
PDCCH symbol adaptation enables the eNodeB to adjust the number of symbols
occupied by a PDCCH based on the number of required CCEs.
When a PDCCH requires fewer CCEs, the eNodeB decreases the number of
symbols occupied by the PDCCH and allocates idle time-frequency resources
to PDSCHs.
When a PDCCH requires more CCEs, the eNodeB increases the number of
symbols occupied by the PDCCH until the number reaches the maximum
permissible value.
To rapidly provide sufficient CCEs when more CCEs are required and prevent ping-
pong adjustments to the number of symbols occupied by a PDCCH, the eNodeB
rapidly increases and then slowly decreases the number of symbols occupied by the
PDCCH.
CCE usage within a certain period of time must be measured to determine whether
more CCEs are required and whether there are remaining CCEs available for use.
If uplink or downlink CCEs fail to be allocated or no remaining CCE is
available in a transmission time interval (TTI), more CCEs are required. In this
situation, the number of symbols occupied by the PDCCH must be increased.
Uplink CCEs transmit uplink scheduling grants, and downlink CCEs transmit
downlink scheduling grants.
If remaining CCEs are available in a period after uplink and downlink
scheduling is complete, the number of required CCEs is less than the number
of available symbols. In this situation, the number of symbols occupied by the
PDCCH can be decreased.
The CellPdcchAlgo.PdcchSymNumSwitch parameter specifies whether to enable
PDCCH symbol adaptation. The number of symbols occupied by the PDCCH is
specified by the CellPdcchAlgo.InitPdcchSymNum parameter. The
CellPdcchAlgo.ULDLPdcchSymNum parameter specifies the number of symbols
initially occupied by a PDCCH in a downlink subframe for transmitting both uplink and
downlink scheduling control information.
For FDD, when the CellPdcchAlgo.PdcchSymNumSwitch parameter is set to
ECfiAdaptionON, enhanced PDCCH symbol adaptation is enabled. This function
enables symbol adaptation to be based on downlink load, CCE load, and scheduling
type. Compared with the case where this parameter is set to ON, ECfiAdaptionON
enables the number of symbols occupied by the PDCCH to be increased in a slower
manner and be decreased in a quicker manner.
When the downlink load is greater than 90%, the number of symbols will not be
increased in case CCE allocation fails for downlink scheduling.
When the downlink load is greater than 90%, as long as CCE allocation failure
for uplink scheduling does not occur during the previous TTI and the remaining
CCE resources are sufficient, the eNodeB immediately decreases the number
of symbols occupied by the PDCCH.
When the remaining CCE resources are sufficient, the number of symbols will
not be increased in the case of CCE allocation failures. The threshold for
determining whether remaining CCE resources are sufficient is specified by the
CellPdcchAlgo.CfiAdjCceThld parameter.
When the CellPdcchAlgo.HysForCfiBasedPreSch parameter is set to 0 or
the CellPdcchAlgo.CfiAdjCceThld parameter is set to a value other than INF,
the number of symbols will not be increased in case CCE allocation fails for
uplink preallocation.
PdcchSymNumSwitch
Parameter name: PDCCH Symbol Number Adjust Switch
Description: If this parameter is set to OFF, the number of OFDM
symbols occupied by the PDCCH is fixed and cannot be dynamically
adjusted. If this parameter is set to ON, the number of OFDM symbols
occupied by the PDCCH is dynamically adjusted based on the number of
required CCEs, and therefore cell downlink throughput increases. If this
parameter is set to ECFIADAPTIONON, the dynamic adjustment of the
number of OFDM symbols occupied by the PDCCH considers cell
downlink throughput, and therefore can reach higher throughput when
downlink frequency selective scheduling is enabled.
GUI value range: OFF(Off), ON(On), ECFIADAPTIONON(Enhanced CFI
Adaption On)
Actual value range: OFF, ON, ECFIADAPTIONON
Unit: None
InitPdcchSymNum
Parameter name: PDCCH Initial Symbol Number
Description: A small value of this parameter increases the possibility that
the cell supports dynamic adjustment on the number of OFDM symbols
occupied by the PDCCH and increases the downlink throughput in
unlimited CCE scenarios. However, the low PDCCH capacity may
decrease the downlink throughput in limited CCE scenarios. A large
value of this parameter decreases the possibility that the cell supports
dynamic adjustment on the number of OFDM symbols occupied by the
PDCCH. In addition, the high PDCCH capacity may decrease the
downlink throughput.
GUI value range: 1~4
Actual value range: 1~4
Unit: None
ULDLPdcchSymNum
Parameter name: Uplink and Downlink PDCCH Symbols Configuration
Meaning: Indicates the number of OFDM symbols initially occupied by the
PDCCH in the downlink subframe in which uplink and downlink scheduling
control information is transmitted. If the PDCCH Symbol Number Adjust Switch
parameter is set to OFF, this parameter indicates the fixed number of OFDM
symbols occupied by the PDCCH in the downlink subframe in which uplink and
downlink scheduling control information is transmitted. For downlink subframes
in which both uplink and downlink scheduling control information is transmitted, if
the PDCCH Symbol Number Adjust Switch parameter is set to ON, the number
of OFDM symbols occupied by the PDCCH is as follows: On the bandwidth of 5
MHz, the PDCCH occupies 2 or 3 OFDM symbols. (In this case, the
configuration of this parameter is invalid.) On the bandwidth of 10 MHz, 15 MHz,
or 20 MHz, the PDCCH occupies 1, 2, or 3 OFDM symbols when this parameter
is set to 1, and the PDCCH occupies 2 or 3 OFDM symbols when this parameter
is set to 2 or 3. This parameter applies only to LTE TDD.
GUI value range: 1(1), 2(2), 3(3)
Actual value range: 1, 2, 3
Unit: None
HysForCfiBasedPreSch
Parameter name: Hysteresis for CFI increase based on PreSch
Meaning: Indicates the hysteresis of control format indicator (CFI)
number increase caused by uplink preallocation failures when the
PdcchSymNumSwitch parameter is set to ECFIADAPTIONON. If the
HysForCfiBasedPreSch parameter is set to 0, preallocation failures do
not trigger CFI number increase. This parameter applies only to LTE
FDD and LTE TDD.
GUI value range: 0~1
Actual value range: 0~1
Unit: None
Set this parameter by running the MOD CELLPDCCHALGO command.
CfiAdjCceThld
Parameter name: CFI Adjustment CCE Threshold
Meaning: Indicates the CCE threshold of enhanced CFI adaptation. This
parameter is valid only when the PdcchSymNumSwitch parameter is
set to ECFIADAPTIONON. This parameter applies only to LTE FDD.
GUI value range: INF(INF), 4CCE(4CCE), 8CCE(8CCE),
12CCE(12CCE), 16CCE(16CCE), 32CCE(32CCE), 64CCE(64CCE)
Actual value range: INF, 4CCE, 8CCE, 12CCE, 16CCE, 32CCE, 64CCE
Unit: None
Set this parameter by running the MOD CELLPDCCHALGO command.
ComSigCongregLv
Parameter name: SignalCongregateLevel
Description: A smaller value results in lower PDCCH demodulation
performance, but it leads to a larger number of UEs that can be
scheduled and a lower probability of CCE allocation congestion for
common control signaling. A larger value leads to the opposite effects.
GUI value range: CONGREG_LV4, CONGREG_LV8
Actual value range: CONGREG_LV4, CONGREG_LV8
Unit: None
PDCCHAggLvlAdaptStrage
Parameter name: The Strategy Of PDCCH Aggregation Level Adaptation
Meaning: Indicates the adaptation strategy of the PDCCH aggregation
level. The STRATEGYBASEDONCOVERAGE check box is selected for
this parameter by default. In this case, a higher aggregation level is
applied, and therefore the cell that the control channel serves has better
coverage. However, the number of scheduling UEs carried by the control
channel decreases. If the STRATEGYBASEDONCAPACITY check box
is selected, a lower aggregation level is applied, and the control channel
carries more scheduling UEs. This parameter applies only to LTE TDD.
GUI value range: STRATEGYBASEDONCOVERAGE(Coverage-based
Selection Strategy), STRATEGYBASEDONCAPACITY(Capacity-based
Selection Strategy)
Actual value range: STRATEGYBASEDONCOVERAGE,
STRATEGYBASEDONCAPACITY
Unit: None
Set this parameter by running the MOD CELLPDCCHALGO command.
AggLvlSelStrageForDualCW
Parameter name: Aggregation Level Strategy for Dual Codewords
Meaning: Indicates the policy for control channel element (CCE)
aggregation level selection of the physical downlink control channel
(PDCCH) in dual-codeword scenarios. In capacity-based CCE
aggregation level selection of the PDCCH, set this parameter to the
default value STRATEGYBASEDONCAPACITY. In this situation, the
average CCE aggregation level of the PDCCH in dual-codeword
scenarios decreases, and more UEs can be supported on the PDCCH. In
coverage-based CCE aggregation level selection of the PDCCH, set this
parameter to STRATEGYBASEDONCOVERAGE. In this situation, the
average CCE aggregation level of the PDCCH in dual-codeword
scenarios increases and cell coverage performance improves.
GUI value range: STRATEGYBASEDONCAPACITY(Capacity-based
Selection Strategy), STRATEGYBASEDONCOVERAGE(Coverage-
based Selection Strategy)
Actual value range: STRATEGYBASEDONCAPACITY,
STRATEGYBASEDONCOVERAGE
Unit: None
PdcchAggLvlCLAdjustSwitch
Parameter name: PDCCH Aggregation Level CL Switch
Meaning: Indicates the switch used to enable or disable closed-loop
adjustment to the PDCCH aggregation level. If this switch is turned on,
PDCCH aggregation level is adjusted based on the block error rate
(BLER) of the PDCCH. If this switch is turned off, PDCCH aggregation
level is not adjusted based on the BLER of the PDCCH.
GUI value range: OFF(Off), ON(On)
Actual value range: OFF, ON
Unit: None
Set this parameter by running the MOD CELLPDCCHALGO command.
PdcchBlerTarge
Parameter name: PDCCH BLER Target

PDCCH BLER must converge on this target BLER.
GUI value range: 0~1000
Actual value range: 0~1, step: 0.001
Unit: None
Set this parameter by running the MOD CELLPDCCHALGO command.
To adapt to changes in uplink and downlink services and improve cell throughput and quality of
service (QoS), the eNodeB dynamically adjusts the CCE ratio based on the usage of uplink
and downlink CCEs.
If more downlink CCEs are required and there are remaining uplink CCEs, the eNodeB
allocates more available downlink CCEs.
If more uplink CCEs are required and there are remaining downlink CCEs, the eNodeB
allocates more available uplink CCEs.
If more uplink and downlink CCEs are both required or there are remaining uplink and
downlink CCEs, the eNodeB does not adjust the CCE ratio.
CCE ratio adaptation is correlated to PDCCH symbol adaption. If the number of symbols
occupied by a PDCCH does not reach the maximum value and more uplink or downlink CCEs
are required, the eNodeB preferentially increases the number of symbols occupied by the
PDCCH. The eNodeB determines whether to adjust the CCE ratio only after the number of
symbols occupied by a PDCCH reaches the maximum value.
The CellPdcchAlgo.CceRatioAdjSwitch parameter specifies whether to enable CCE ratio
adaptation.
If this parameter is set to ON, the eNodeB dynamically adjusts the CCE ratio in each
TTI based on the usage of uplink and downlink CCEs.
If this parameter is set to OFF, the eNodeB does not dynamically adjust the CCE ratio.
For TDD, when the CELLPDCCHALGO.CceRatioAdjSwitch parameter is set to
ENHANCED_CCE_RATIO_ADJUSTMENT, the eNodeB dynamically adjusts the CCE
ratio in each TTI based on the usage of uplink and downlink CCEs. If uplink CCE
allocation fails due to CCE unavailability in the search space, the uplink-downlink CCE
ratio will not be adjusted. This option takes effect only on macro eNodeBs.
CceRatioAdjSwitch
Parameter name: Cce Ratio Adjust Switch
Description: If this parameter is set to OFF, the uplink-downlink CCE ratio
cannot adapt to service requirements in case of imbalance between uplink
load and downlink load, causing throughput to decrease. If this parameter
is set to ON, the uplink-downlink CCE ratio dynamically adjusted in each
TTI can meet uplink and downlink service requirements, helping achieve
satisfactory user experience.
GUI value range: OFF(Off), ON(On)
Actual value range: OFF, ON
Unit: None
Set this parameter by running the MOD CELLPDCCHALGO command.
CceMaxInitialRatio
Parameter name: CCE Max Initial Ratio
Meaning: Indicates the maximum ratio of the uplink and downlink initial
CCEs on the PDCCH. If this parameter is set to 1_2, the maximum uplink-
downlink initial CCE ratio is 1:2. If this parameter is set to a value greater
than 1_2, the maximum uplink-downlink initial CCE ratio can be
dynamically changed to any value ranging from 1_2 to the configured
value based on the load in the uplink and downlink. If subframe
configuration 2 is adopted for a TDD cell, it is recommended that the
SubframeSchDiffSwitch check box be selected to ensure the PRB usage
on subframes 3 and 8.
GUI value range: 1_2(1:2), 1_1(1:1), 2_1(2:1), 3_1(3:1), 4_1(4:1),
5_1(5:1), 6_1(6:1), 7_1(7:1), 8_1(8:1), 9_1(9:1), 10_1(10:1)
Actual value range: 1_2, 1_1, 2_1, 3_1, 4_1, 5_1, 6_1, 7_1, 8_1,
9_1,10_1
Unit: None
Set this parameter by running the MOD CELLPDCCHALGO command.
PdcchCapacityImproveSwitch
Parameter name: PDCCH Capacity Improve Switch
Description: When this parameter is set to ON in an FDD network, the PDCCH
aggregation level and the initial value for closed-loop adjustment on PDCCH
aggregation level decrease, the PDCCH capacity increases, and the CCE allocation
success rate increases. Therefore, the cell throughput increases. In the case of a TDD
network, the CCE allocation success rate increases, and therefore cell throughput
increases.
GUI value range: OFF(Off), ON(On)
Actual value range: OFF, ON
Unit: None
Set this parameter by running the MOD CELLPDCCHALGO command.
PdcchPowerEnhancedSwitch
Parameter name: PDCCH Power Enhanced Switch
Description: If this switch is turned on, the eNodeB selects a lower aggregation level
and increases the transmit power to ensure the PDCCH demodulation performance,
allow the PDCCH to support more UEs, and increase the uplink and downlink
throughput. If this switch is turned off, the eNodeB selects a higher aggregation level
and uses the PDCCH transmit power configured on the GUI. This results in the opposite
effects.
GUI value range: OFF, ON
Actual value range: OFF, ON
Unit: None
Set this parameter by running the MOD CELLPDCCHALGO command.
PdcchInitialCceAdjustValue
Parameter name: PDCCH Initial Cce Adjustment Value
Description: A smaller parameter value leads to a higher PDCCH
aggregation level, better coverage performance, and smaller capacity. A
larger parameter value results in the opposite effects.
GUI value range: -10~5
Actual value range: -10~5
Unit: None
If ePDCCH aggregation levels for all UEs in a cell are set to 32, eCCE resources for
ePDCCHs are wasted for UEs in the cell center.
If ePDCCH aggregation levels for all UEs in a cell are set to 1, ePDCCHs may not be
correctly demodulated by UEs in the cell center and at the cell edge.
This function has the following constraints:
ePDCCH does not support 5 MHz, 3 MHz, or 1.4 MHz narrow bandwidth, non-
standard bandwidth, or super combined cell scenarios.
ePDCCH supports 1-, 2-, and 4-antenna configurations and does not support
the 8-antenna configuration.
ePDCCH cannot be deployed on the LBBPc board.
ePDCCH resources can be used only when the PUCCHCfg.DeltaShift
parameter is set to DS1_DELTA_SHIFT.
EpdcchAlgoSwitch
Parameter name: EPDCCH Algorithm Switch
Description: If this option is selected, the eNodeB configures EPDCCH
resources for newly accessed UEs when the PDCCH resources are
insufficient and RB resources are not used up. In this way, both uplink
and downlink RB usages increase. If this option is deselected, the
eNodeB does not configure EPDCCH resources for newly accessed UEs
when the PDCCH resources are insufficient and RB resources are not
used up. As a result, both uplink and downlink RBs cannot be fully
utilized.

DeltaShift
Parameter name: Delta shift
Description: A smaller value of this parameter leads to a shorter interval
between cyclic shifts used for the PUCCH, more UEs supporting code
division multiplexing in the same subcarrier, stronger interference
between these UEs, and lower demodulation performance, but it leads to
less PUCCH overhead and higher uplink throughput. A larger value of

Meaning: Indicates the total number of RBs at the two ends of the system
band that are reserved for the PUSCH. This parameter is valid only when
the PUCCH flexible configuration switch (PucchFlexCfgSwitch) is turned
on. The parameter setting must consider the number of RBs used by the
PRACH, SRS, and PUCCH as well as the number of RBs compressed. If
the parameter setting exceeds the system bandwidth capability and
accordingly affects the preceding RB resource allocation, the cell cannot
be established successfully.

The eNodeB can adaptively adjust the SRS period for individual UEs based on SRS
loads. This way is called UE-specific SRS period adaptation.
The CellSrsAdaptiveCfg.SrsPeriodAdaptive parameter determines whether to
enable or disable SRS period adaptation.
If this parameter is set to ON, the eNodeB adaptively adjusts the SRS period
for newly admitted UEs based on SRS loads. SRS resources may be normally
loaded, slightly congested, or heavily congested. A high SRS load results in a
long SRS period set for newly admitted UEs.
If this parameter is set to OFF, the eNodeB sets a fixed SRS period for newly
admitted UEs. The CellSrsAdaptiveCfg.UserSrsPeriod parameter specifies
the fixed SRS period, which can be set to 5, 10, 20, 40, 80, 160, or 320 ms. If a
short fixed SRS period is configured, the maximum number of UEs using SRS
in a cell may not reach the maximum allowed value. If a long fixed SRS period
is configured, the maximum number of such UEs in a cell increases but the
performance of features depending on SRS measurement deteriorates.
SrsAlgoSwitch
Parameter name: SoundingRS algorithm switch
SrsSubframeRecfSwitch: Indicates whether to enable cell-specific SRS
subframe reconfiguration. If this option is selected, the algorithm dynamically

This is a high-risk command.
AnSrsSimuTrans
Parameter name: SRS ACK/NACK simultaneous
Meaning: Indicates whether the sounding reference signal (SRS) of a UE
and the ACK/NACK or scheduling request (SR) on the PUCCH are allowed
to use the same time resources for simultaneous transmission in the case of
time domain conflict. If this parameter is set to BOOLEAN_FALSE,
simultaneous transmission is not allowed. In this situation, the UE discards
the SRS and only transmits the ACK/NACK or SR on the PUCCH. If this
parameter is set to BOOLEAN_TRUE, simultaneous transmission is
allowed. In this situation, the UE transmits the truncated ACK/NACK or SR.
GUI value range: BOOLEAN_FALSE(False), BOOLEAN_TRUE(True)
Actual value range: BOOLEAN_FALSE, BOOLEAN_TRUE
Unit: None
Set this parameter by running the MOD SRSCFG command.
This is a high-risk command.
SrsCfgInd
Parameter name: SRS Configuration Indicator
Meaning: Indicates whether to configure sounding reference signal (SRS)
resources for UEs in a cell. The value BOOLEAN_TRUE indicates that SRS
resources are available in the cell and can be configured for UEs in the cell.
The value BOOLEAN_FALSE indicates that no SRS resource is available in
the cell, and therefore no UE in the cell is configured with SRS resources.
This parameter does not take effect on: (1) FDD cell that is established on
an LBBPc and uses four or more RX antennas. (2) FDD cell that is
established on an LBBPc and uses extended cyclic prefix (CP) in the uplink.
(3) TDD cell established on an LBBPc. If this parameter does not take effect
on a cell but SRS resources are available in the cell, SRS resources can be
configured for UEs in the cell.
GUI value range: BOOLEAN_FALSE(False), BOOLEAN_TRUE(True)
Actual value range: BOOLEAN_FALSE, BOOLEAN_TRUE
Unit: None
Set this parameter by running the MOD SRSCFG command.
This is a high-risk command.
SrsPeriodAdaptive
Parameter name: SRS period adaptive switch
Meaning: Indicates whether to enable SRS reporting period adaptation. If
this parameter is set to ON(On), the SRS reporting period adaptively
changes based on the SRS algorithm. If this parameter is set to OFF(Off),
the SRS reporting period is specified by the UserSrsPeriod parameter.
This parameter will be removed in a later version.
GUI value range: OFF(Off), ON(On)
Actual value range: OFF, ON
Unit: None
Set this parameter by running the MOD SRSADAPTIVECFG command.
Evaluate the gains based on the following items one week before and after dynamic
PUCCH resource adjustment is enabled: PUCCH PRB usage, number of users in a
cell, and total uplink throughput.
The counters measure the interference noise (IN) on the PUCCH in a cell. IN indexes
(0 to 15) are defined as following: Index 0: (IN ≤-121 dBm), Index 1: (-121 dBm < IN ≤
-120 dBm), Index 2: (-120 dBm < IN ≤ -119 dBm)...Index 14: (-96dBm < IN ≤ -92 dBm),
Index 15: (IN > -92 dBm).
The counters measure the RSRP on the PUCCH in a cell. RSRP indexes (0 to 23) are
defined as following: Index 0: (RSRP ≤ -146dBm), Index 1: (-146 dBm < RSRP ≤ -144
dBm), Index 2: (-144 dBm < RSRP ≤ -142 dBm)...Index 22: (-95 dBm < RSRP ≤ -90
dBm), Index 23: (RSRP > -90 dBm).
