a. Letter Request from Ma. Christine A. Agapito, Provincial Director
DOLE IVA dated March 7, 2022; and
b. Radio Message with the cite number PMC-0308-01-2022 dated
March 8, 2022.

2. This pertains to the letter request of Ma. Christine A. Agapito requesting


for Police Assistance at Hanami Philippines located at Silang, Cavite where a
worker’s strike might be staged anytime by their union the Alliance of Hanami
Employees-PTGWO Local Chapter No. 957.

3. In this regard, the following police personnel are detailed as members of


Civil Disturbance Management (CDM) Team, Medical Team, Intel, and SWAT to be
deployed at Hanami Philippines located at Silang, Cavite during the rally of Alliance
of Hanami Employees-PTGWO Local Chapter No. 957, to wit;
