MONTHLY ASSESSMENT – II (Ideation and Product Development


Phase)

1. Explain briefly Ideation thought process and efforts of your


team to reach ideas for listed problems.
 For this process we thought about which type of activities related to
people and our project. We use an ideation canvas for listing all users
and their activities in the system. And also, in which situation, for what,
and from which location the user uses this system. Ideation is the process
where you generate ideas and solutions through sessions such as
Sketching, Prototyping, Brainstorming, Brain writing, Worst Possible
Idea, and a wealth of other ideation techniques. Brainstorming is one of
the primary methods employed during the Ideation stage of a typical
Design Thinking process. Brainstorming is a great way to generate many
ideas by leveraging the collective thinking of the group, by engaging
with each other, listening, and building on other ideas. Ideation is also
the third stage in the Design Thinking process.

2. Enlist any five effective ideas to address the probable listed


problems with reason.
1. The project “SERVICEASY SYSTEM” is providing a platform for users
To get their services from home and also make payment online or offline
(Cash).
2. This stores records of every transaction done by users.
3. This also show’s monthly service remainder.
4. In this application, users can message or call to their service provider.
5. This system is about online payment and online service, so in this covid-
19 situation, everyone can get their services based on their needs.
3. Explain the most effective possible solution proposed for the
problem.

Using this system user will be safe in this covid-19 situation by getting
their services online from their home. They don’t need to lift their heavy
appliances to the shop.

4. The features, functions and work principles/ technology


/pattern of your proposed solution.
1) The project “SERVICEASY SYSTEM” is providing a platform for users to
get their services from home.
2) This stores records of every payment and which users get which service
provider.
3) This also shows the monthly, weekly or yearly service remainder.
4) This system is about online payment or offline payments based on user’s
needs.
5) They don’t need to lift the appliances to the shop to repair or maintenance.

12) If users have a problem regarding their services, payment methods


and security. They can complain or feedback their problem to our system.
Enlist major advantages and disadvantages (at least three) of the
proposed solution.
 ADVANTAGE:
1) Safe, secure, and reliable payments from home using online banking,
and users have proof about their payment as payment history in the
system as well as offline payment to the service provider it’s also
store payment data.
2) Easily interacted between users who want service and users who give
the services.
3) Users can Complain or give feedback about misbehavior about the
service provider.
DISADVANTAGE:
1) This system uses an online payment method also, so users must have
bank accounts or online payment service.

2) This system will be an android application, so everyone has a


smartphone.
3) The users' contact number will be spread through the system but
that’s not a big issue (we need to use contact number in this system
because there are facilities to contact the needed person for services.

6. Briefly mention refinement on PDC based on


User/Stakeholder’s feedback on your concept.
After viewing our PDC (product development canvases), many
users/stakeholders give their feedback regarding our product, everyone
likes our system and every facility which is described above. Just we get
bad feedback is not adding the contact in a system that’s why we will try
to think about another idea in this module and it's not a big issue so
everyone is willing then the system will share contacts otherwise system
uses ID.
