No Answer or Voice Mail = No Contact

COLD CALL
“Hey there” or “Hi”, this is (Telemarketer Name) with Allstate, how are doing today? That is
great to hear. The reason I am calling today is because we would like the opportunity to provide
an insurance quote to show you how much you can save by switching to Allstate.

● Before I can transfer you to a Licensed Allstate agent, I’ll need to confirm a few things:

● Do I have the Pleasure of speaking with First Name & Last Name?

● Are still living at Address on File? Great!

● Who are you currently insured with? If Allstate = NO TRANSFER


○Answer: No = TRANSFER. Answer YES = No Transfer... I am so sorry but we
can't help you if you already have a policy with Allstate.
● Have you had continuous Insurance for at least 6 months.
○ Answer: YES = TRANSFER. Answer NO = No Transfer...but ask if they have a
lapse in their coverage in the past 6 months. If NO = TRANSFER

● Do you have more than 3 Traffic Violations in the past 3 years?

○Answer: No = TRANSFER. Answer YES = No Transfer... I am so sorry but we


are not able to quote you if you have more than 2 Traffic Violations but we look
forward to helping you in the future.
● I have a Licensed Allstate Agent on the other line ready to finish up the final
details of your quote. Please hold one second while I connect you.

(Initiate Transfer to Live Insurance Agent)

4. Dial (770) 755-1982

5. Wait for Agent to Answer
