The document discusses resource management in education. It defines resource management as acquiring, allocating, and managing resources like people, finances, technology, materials, and infrastructure to achieve goals. Effective resource management ensures resources are used as intended in a timely manner. The document then outlines three indicators of effective resource management: 1) conducting regular resource inventories collaboratively, 2) having regular planning dialogues that engage stakeholders, and 3) having a community-developed system that ensures resources are used appropriately. Evidence of meeting each indicator at basic, developing, and advanced levels is also provided.
