FOUNDATION: The house is constructed on a sloping
ground with 230mm brick wall on
620 x 230mm stepped strip foundation,
1200mm deep below the ground.
The foundation wall above the ground is
finished with masonary stones.

FLOOR: 25mm of cement and sand screed on 100mm


concrete slab on 150mm of hard-core stones,
on well-compacted marrum.

WALLS: All walls are 225mm thick.

WINDOWS: W1-1500 x 1200mm casement metallic,


W2-1200 x 1200mm casement metallic,
W3-600 x 600mm casement metallic,
W4-600 x 1200mm pompei bricks.

DOORS: D1: 1500 x 2100mm casement metallic double leaf A


D2: 900 x 2100mm flush door,
D3: 900 x 2100mm framed, braced and battened door,
