1. Password change activity for Daksh CAS Server middleware application like Root, Install, Ppadmin,
Ppapp, Informix & Nobody as per CNX infosec policies.
2. Middleware application ID validation as per CNX infosec policies.
3. CAS Server CEP Validation as per CNX infosec policies.
4. Ensuring L1, L2 support for micro down, server down and CAS application login issue for Pan India to
minimize downtime.
5. Engage OEM & AMC team for L3 support in case of requirements.
6. MS patch updation for Windows CAS servers on monthly basis as per CNX infosec policies.
7. Supporting PPM for CAS servers on monthly basis.
8. Conducting training on CAS application as and when required.
9. Addressing VA gaps of CAS servers as per CNX infosec guidelines.

3. We supported to standardized & migrate to host the CNX technologies CAS system to Windows Server.
4. Supported for Daksh CAS server licence renewal from 2019 to 2021.
5. Created different means for educational material like ppt, Video / Audio based material etc.
6. Created & supported on one click security app for easy & fast access for different tool like CRM, jiffy
tool, PSHR tool etc.
7. Created & supported on share point feedback tool.
8. Integration of HR database with Cuure9000 CAS application.
9. Migration of 29 sites ACS application from old platform to new platform (Ccure9000).
Ongoing Project: -
1. Working on global project of integrating HR database with Ccure9000 ACS (Access Control System)
application for other geographies.
2. Working on various automation projects on ccure9000 ACS application.
3. Migration of ACS application TVIM countries to new platform of Ccure9000.
