She opened the sealed envelopes on the spot
Read the RFQ from different bidders, amount total and unit prices to
compare the amounts of every item.

Agreements As agreed by Bids and awards committee during the face to face meeting
and as per evaluation of BAC , the proposal of AVI Office and School
Supplies Trading, found to be compliant with the eligibility requirements
and was awarded of contract.
Bids and Awards Committee of Balincaguing Elementary School, items
will be procured as a repeat order of the procurement of school supplies/
equipment for the implementation of minimum health standard to be the
same winning supplier , AVI Office and School Supplies Trading.
