This part of the test will be a preview of a large chunk of your tasks as a Content Writer.
For this test, you will be tasked to create a hiring ad that will be posted on social media.
You need to create 2 copies - a copy for the image and a copy for the FB caption.

Your copy should be based on the brief provided below.


There are no character limits for this test. The goal is to successfully execute the brief according to the
platform where the ad will be posted in.

Content Writer Test 2: Script Writing

This part of the test will challenge your storytelling and your ability to come up with engaging content
based on a given brief.
For this test, you will be tasked to create a script that should last for 60 seconds (roughly 110 words for
the script portion).
The content of the video should be based on the brief provided for this test.
Aside from the actual script, also try to come up with visuals you envision to come out per line of the
video. Communicate your vision of this video through words so you’re able to guide the Creatives Team
with their execution.
Similar to the first test, there are no character limits for this portion. The goal is to successfully execute
the brief according to the platform where the ad will be posted in.

The communication objectives focus on three key points, the work environment, the target
market, and the benefit that has to be highlighted.

Communicating the idea of working on site is a bit of a challenge nowadays. Most people are
not ready to adjust in the new normal. Agents are looking forward for a permanent work-from-
home setup. That is why expressing that the work demands reporting on site must have a
positive tone. Give a feel that working in this location creates a professional image, something
that will boost a better self-concept.

The target market as stated are experienced agents. We may expect these as agents who are
currently doing well in their jobs. Attacking emotions can be a good strategy in order to pirate
them. This strategy suggests to pirate agents who don’t feel satisfied anymore, those who are
not being promoted. This connects to the third idea.

The opportunity of being promoted must be highlighted. These experienced agents could
already be earning a lot. So what will be their dilemma? Salary or other benefits won’t perhaps
satisfy them. They already have them. So what will make them shift? - Career growth. It sends
them a message that Concentrix offers promotion. How? By being a pioneer agent for a new
account. Therefore after little months, these agents will now become the trainers or coaches.

 Why did you use that as key message?

The key message sounds a little direct but it has to be because the target market is not that easy
to be recruited. Experienced agents are already doing well and already have a job. The key
message sends an idea for the target to think about their current job and an opportunity. The
key message gives them 2 sides of a coin. It is up to them to choose. Will they stay on their
current jobs even it gives them the bare minimum – salary, benefits, and incentives. These
things won’t sell to experienced agents. But, the message tells them that these things they
thought are good are just “bare minimum”. The real deal is to develop a career growth, an
opportunity to become more. The key message also

The idea is just simple. It’s like how people crave for starbucks even if it tastes just like a double
3-in-1 coffee with ice and foam. People buy Starbucks not because of the coffee but because of
the name. Holding a cup makes you feel a cool, rich, young professional. This is the idea that
