1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. Scope
This regulation prescribes the limits of technical requirements for types of reinforced concrete,
prestressed concrete and epoxy coated concrete reinforcement (hereinafter referred to as concrete
reinforcement) and requirements for quality control for steel for concrete reinforcement produced
domestically, imported and circulated on the market.
This regulation does not apply to steel for concrete reinforcement which is section steel, galvanized steel and
reinforced concrete with mixed fibers.
1.2. Subjects of application
This regulation applies to organizations and individuals manufacturing, importing and distributing
steel for concrete reinforcement, state management agencies and organizations and individuals.

4. WOMEN LABELING

5. QUALITY MANAGEMENT
5.1. Domestically produced steel reinforcement for concrete

regulations in Sections 2 and 4 of this Regulation for each type of steel (according to the grade and nominal
diameter of steel for concrete reinforcement). based on one

6. RESPONSIBILITIES OF ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS
6.1. Domestic production organizations and individuals must make regulation conformity announcement

register for state inspection and label in accordance with the requirements specified in Sections 2, 4 and 5 of this
Regulation.
6.3. Organizations and individuals that distribute and retail are only allowed to trade in quality steel for
concrete reinforcement, with a seal of conformity and a label in accordance with regulations.

7. ORGANIZATION OF IMPLEMENTATION
