Name of Nominee: BRYAN A. DOMINGO Division/Unit: Isabela
Position: Teacher III length of Service in the Position: 2
Length of Service in Government: 10
I. Executive Summary:
Through the years in education, I have witnessed effective teaching. Teachers deliver instructions and
students learn. However, to encounter a teacher that has the “gift” of teaching--the ability to truly light to the
classroom with inspiration—this is rare.
At Ingud-Ramona Integrated School, we are blessed to have a teacher with this gift. There is not a doubt in
my mind that our MAPEH instructor and teacher, Bryan A. Domingo, Epitomizes the criteria and honor associated
with the Most Outstanding Teacher award for the School Year 2021-2022
I have seen how Mr. Domingo works, and I have enjoyed her presence in school as a sincere teacher. He is
an organized teacher who builds the bond with his students like a guardian and a guide. He has always been so
dedicated to developing his teaching skills since he started his career with us. His ability to connect with the students
is superior. His way of teaching is exceptional and the techniques he uses in his teaching are highly recommendable.
It was an honor for me to know Mr. Bryan A. Domingo for over four years. He is a wonderful person. As a
teacher, I have always seen him complete the assigned job wonderfully. He has immense patience while teaching the
students. I have always seen him take that extra step to make the lessons easy for the students and that is the reason
students like Mr. Domingo so very much.
Mr. Domingo always has some unique ideas to teach the students and make the lessons into an interactive
session. And as result, all the students have always scored very good marks. The average student under his guidance
has also been seen improving at a fast pace. He was of friendly nature with strict values. I have seen him use some
unique ideas while teaching. And those unique ideas made the students fall in love with the subject, Music, Arts,
Physical education and health.
The mode of techniques of Mr. Domingo was explanatory, which made the students learn the lessons faster.
I had never received any complaints from the staff members or the students and their guardians.
In my tenure as a Principal, I have never seen such a humble person. He has started many kinds of extra
curriculum activities in our school. He is good in various tasks that can help us in many cases. Overall, he has all the
qualities to be an idle teacher. Students are getting inspired to see him in every aspect.
II. Significant Accomplishment/s within the Last Three Years:
The results of Mr. Domingo’s teaching are found within the numerous awards and honors earned by the
different schools which he rendered his service during his 10 years including his 5 years in Ingud-Ramona Integrated
School. Mr. Domingo has established different accomplishments. These are the following;
Serving learners in farthest barangays of Isabela- In 2011, the SDO Isabela has no available items for
the new qualified teacher applicants. Mr. Domingo applied for any teaching positions that are available
during that time and luckily, Palanan National High School is in need of a contractual teacher. He
applied for it despite of having a family here at Angadanan, Isabela. He left his old and weak parents to
serve the learners in the farthest area of Isabela. The following year, the SDO Isabela finally gave him a
spot. From 2012-2015, he rendered his service to the learners from the farthest area of Isabela as a
permanent regular teacher. There, he became one of the best and quality teachers of Palanan National

band called the PNHS Drum and Lyre Corp at his previous station which is the Palanan National High

III. Impact of Accomplishments:
I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Domingo throughout the past 4 years as both a colleague and as
building principal. Mr. Domingo is an energetic and motivational classroom teacher who leads one of our largest and
most competitive groups at our Junior high school, the MAPEH club. In his tenure at ingud-Ramona Integrated
School, I have found that Mr. Domingo has proven to be a dedicated educator who constantly works to improve his
teaching skills, while connecting with students and contributing to our community.
Mr. Domingo teaches an academically diverse group of students with varying skill levels. The culture of
learning established within the classroom sets clearly-defined, high expectation for all students. Mr. Domingo has the
ability to connect and communicate using a student-centered approach that fosters creativity, expression, leadership
and musical growth. Simply put, the students know that Mr. Domingo believes in them. They know that he will
support them as they develop their skills in dance, music and arts. Ingud-Ramona Integrated School students don’t
want Mr. Domingo down because they want to make him proud. Under the direction of Mr. Domingo every student
learns the character attribute of perseverance. Students don’t give up on themselves because they know that they
have a teacher who believes in them. In turn, the students believe in themselves and this produces results.
