Drive the supplier qualification / re-qualification process and ensure supply base is fully qualified and ( ) * +
compliant both on company as well as on manufacturing process level
Plan and lead supplier audits and ensure the timely closure of the found non-conformances
Lead supplier quality escalation in close collaboration with involved stakeholder and ensure timely and
successful closure
Monitor and evaluate the overall quality performance of the suppliers and drive improvement actions
where necessary
Support selection and ramp-up of new suppliers in close collaboration with Category Management and
R&D/Engineering
Closely collaborate with Category Management and R&D/Engineering to improve the supply base in the
different categories
Develop and implement quality procedures and practices in agreement local and global stakeholders
Drive special quality/supplier management projects, as required.

Your background

Minimum 5 years years of experience in working as Supplier Quality Engineer or Supplier Quality
Manager with electromechanical or electronic products or related industry,
Experienced in leading supplier audits, preferably certified as supplier auditor or equivalent
Sound knowledge of quality and manufacturing areas such as FMEA, 8D, poka-yoke, pareto analysis,
cause and affect analysis, fishbone diagrams, ISO 9001, PPAP, VDA 6.3 and APQP
Good communication, influencing, planning and analytical skills
A dynamic, broad-minded, and result-as well as team-oriented personality
A B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or
similar; alternatively, a specific degree in economics with proven experiences in a technical field
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, preferably also in German
