Analysis of the micro-environment of Vinfast

1. Customers
- Customers inside the business: are the people working in the business providing products and
services, in the departments and departments in the customer care process of the business.
Company employees are the most loyal customers and advertising for products is easiest. Businesses
need to create good awareness for the target customer group, build an effective distribution system
to each of those customer groups, and have an attractive message/support package to help that
segment buy a car easily. that Vingroup has a huge list of potential customers who are using real
estate, tourism, medical examination or have children to go to school at member businesses.
Vingroup also has too many beautiful locations to open distribution showrooms. Therefore, VinFast
will have a certain advantage.

- VinFast's external customers are those who have the need to use electric motorbikes and cars,
without income decentralization. They may even be the employees of Vinfast Company who
advertise the brand most effectively.

2. Suppliers
Currently, VinFast is cooperating with a series of well-known suppliers in the coloring industry and
the umbrella - motorcycle business: Bosch - the world's largest supplier of automotive technology
and components, applying advanced technologies to the automotive industry. proceed to the world
into production; Schuler AG - organizational chain; Eisenmann - technology, assembly cables; Durr
AG - paint line supply; LG Chem, a member of LG Group - manufactures and supplies international
standard staples, VinFast also buys the intellectual property rights of BMW - a famous German
engine manufacturer. In 2019, VinFast shook hands with a domestic supplier, An Phat - a leading
plastic corporation in Southeast Asia, specializing in the export of thin packaging.

3. Marketing intermediaries
Vinfast's distribution system is not inferior to other competitors. By the end of 2019, the list of
VinFast dealers has more than 40 dealer addresses 18, 2S and 3S put into operation. Continuing
VinFast is expected to open 76 more VinFast Showroom doors by the end of 2020. Thus, after less
than 1 year, VinFast's dealer system will reach the number of 76 VinFast auto dealers. With such a
number of dealer addresses, VinFast will have a wider distribution channel than even Hyundai Thanh
Cong (70 dealers) or Toyota Motor Vietnam (56 dealers).

4. Competitors
Vinfast has to face many competitors in the market such as Honda, Toyota, Nissan, HyunDai,
Mitsubishi, General Moto and many other strong global competitors.

5. Publics
VinFast approaches their customersthrough media such as TV, newspapers,social networking
platforms such asFacebook, Youtube, etc. They also useinfluencers such as Ngo Thanh Van, SonTung
MTP to increase brand awareness.
