ThinkTool Mini Flash Instructions

1) Unzip the driver installer file and run it to install drivers, then unzip the flashing tool file and open the flashing tool program. 2) Unzip the tool mini file and in the flashing tool, select the bin file, scatter file from the tool mini folder, and choose "Download Only" to download to the connected device. 3) After it shows "Download Ok", unplug the device and restart it to use with the new software.

Flash Instructions

1. Unzip the “Driver_Auto_Installer” file and then click “DriverInstall.exe” to run


the driver.

2. Start the flashing tool


1) Unzip the “SP_Flash_Tool” file on a Windows PC.
2) Double click “flash_tool.exe” under the folder which was just unzipped.
3. Unzip the “Y8_tool_mini” file & Downloading

1) Step 1: Click “choose” to select the file “MTK_AllInOne_DA.bin” in the


unzipped “SP_Flash_Tool” folder if it’s not automatically selected.
2) Step 2: Choose the “MT6761_Android_scatter.txt” file from the unzipped
“Y8_tool_mini” folder.
3) Step 3: Select “Download Only”.
4) Step 4: Click “Download”.
4. Turn off the device and connect it to the PC with a Type-C cable, the download
process is displaying on the bottom.
5. It shows “Download Ok” when it’s finished.

6. Finally, unplug the USB cable, and restart the device to use.
