Dear Ms./Mr.

I, Aizel Joyce Domingo, 16 years old, and currently enrolled as a Grade 12

STEM student at College of Mary Immaculate of Pandi Bulacan, am sincerely
asking for you to write me a strong recommendation letter for my admission to
Ateneo de Manila University S.Y. 2023-2024. As someone who has big aspirations
but didn't meet the required financial capability to achieve it is heartbreaking for a
student like me. It was hard to accept the concept of reality and I always ask why is
it that I was a part of the less fortunate people. However, as time passes and I get
older, I have come to realize and embrace my situation. We are a family of five. I
have two older brothers who are almost the same age as me. All three of us would
be college students by the School Year 2023-2024.

I also learned that you are a graduate and alumni of Ateneo de Manila
University and have made significant contributions to society by establishing a
high-rated college school in Pandi, Bulacan. I admire your determination and
believe I can be like you. Someone who can have a significant influence on others
and aid those who are less fortunate.

Making an effort to excel at something is nothing new to me. I always do my

utmost best in whatever is entrusted to me. Tardiness and procrastination are also
non-existent in my vocabulary. Despite our financial troubles, I excel in a variety
of areas, which I believe would qualify me for high-quality education.

I graduated from Bunsuran National High School with recognition. I was an

honor student throughout my whole journey in Junior High School. I was awarded
"With Honor" when I was a Grade 7 student and "With High Honor" when I was in
Grade 8 up to Grade 10. I graduated as the 3rd in my whole batch. As a member of
our Rotary Club of Bunsuran National High School in Grades 8 and 9, I also made
several contributions to the community of Pandi Bulacan. Through my service, we
reached out to numerous people and the community. In addition to my Academics
and Community Service, I am also someone whose leadership skills are immense.
When I was in Grade 8, I was selected Secretary of the Red Cross Group and made
numerous contributions to the club. When I was in Grade 10, I was also the Club
President of the MAPEH Club, and I made several contributions to the school, as
well as to my classmates and schoolmates.

In my experience here at the College of Mary Immaculate of Pandi Bulacan, it

is quite hard to adjust at first as this is my first time learning online. Although it
took me quite a while, I coped up and adjusted well to my new environment.
Despite being new to online learning, I managed to handle my grades effectively,
receiving "With High Honors" in both the first and second semesters, for a GWA
of 96.
Every student deserves a quality education regardless of their status in life. As
someone who is still young and cannot make a significant influence on society, I
would see this as my first step toward becoming someone who can break society's
stigma. I am confident that I have what it takes and a lot to contribute. I cannot
guarantee that I will pass the upcoming ACET, but I will do my absolute best to
pass the ACET and become a member of the ADMU community. Therefore, I
would sincerely request you to write me a strong recommendation letter for the
upcoming admission to Ateneo de Manila University.

Below are attached files of my Report Card (S.Y. 2021-2022), Certificate of

Recognition, Class and Overall Ranking, and the file that you need to fill up. I
sincerely appreciate the assistance.

Thank you for your time and support.

(Additional Note: As you can see in my report card, an incorrect/ mistype average can be seen.
My First Semester Average is 95 and my General Average is 96. I already requested it from the
admin and my class adviser and said that they’ll notify me soon. )
Sincerely,

Aizel Joyce Domingo

CLASS ADVISER:

August 1, 2022
Dear Ms. Zaralyn Santos,

I hope that you’re doing fine. This is Aizel Joyce Domingo, 16 years old, and
is currently studying at the College of Mary Immaculate of Pandi Bulacan. I
would like to formally request a favor for you to do on my behalf. I'm in the
process of applying to Ateneo De Manila University as a scholar student and I
would like to ask if you feel comfortable writing a strong letter of recommendation
on my behalf.

S.Y. 2021-2022 is my first time learning through Online Class, and frankly, it
was not easy to adjust at first. It took me some time to finally adjust and cope with
the program, and here I am, only one year left to finish my Senior High School
Program. I received an award of “With High Honor” with a GWA of 96. It would
be impossible for me to achieve it if it weren't for you. I really enjoyed my time as
your student. I learned a lot of things, and I believe that those learnings that I’ve
acquired from you are something that I can use in the future. As my teacher, I
know and believe that you can honestly and effectively vouch for the skills that
I've demonstrated during our time together.

I appreciate you considering my request. The deadline for submitting the

admission/ recommendation form is on September 30, 2022. I normally wouldn't
ask for such a quick turnaround, but the class for this school year is starting soon.
Hence, it would be great if you could address this by August 30, 2022. Below are
the attached files of my grades, certification of recognition, my section/ room
ranking, my overall ranking, and the file that you need to fill up and send to the
administration of Ateneo de Manila University. If you need any additional
information, don’t hesitate to contact me.

Thank you for your time and support.
