CONDUCT OF GAD CUM TEAM BUILDING WORKSHOP
To: All teachers
All Others Concerned
1. The Bulihan Elementary School (BES) will conduct 2-day GAD activities and sports festival for teachers with a
theme “Be Active, Be Involved, Be Happy: Upholding Unity and Camaraderie” on July 20-21, 2022.
2. The said activities aim to:
a. To improve and enhance the knowledge of teachers about Gender Awareness and Development
b. To discuss the Gender mainstreaming during Pandemic
c. To ensure that the physical and mental health of teaching and non-teaching personnel of Bulihan Elementary
School are being taken care of especially their sound body which needs to release emotional and physical tensions
brought by daily stressful routinary works.
3. Participants of this activities are the school head, administrative officer, 27 teachers and 2 utilities.
4. See enclosures No. 1 Technical Working Group and No. 2 Training Matrix for reference.
5. Expenses incurred in the conduct of this activity shall be charged to School Maintenance and Other
Operating Expenses (MOOE).
6. Immediate dissemination and strict compliance with this Memorandum are directed.
