Regarding my academic history, I completed my S.L.C. in the year of 2014 with First Division (73.75 %)
from New horizon English boarding school. I completed my 10+2 level of my study in the year 2016 with
good second division marks (58.60%) from Mani Mukunda Secondary school Butwal. My specialization
in 10+2 was in Management stream. Due to the lack of life skills, I decided to go to abroad and gain an
international degree from a renowned and well-known institution in Australia to make my career in the
field of Management. For that reason, I gave IELTS exam on 29 April 2017 in which I scored 5.5 overall
band score. Business management is field of my interest and therefore I see my future and career in that
sector.

My reasons for not studying in my own country Nepal:

First of all I tried to study my chosen course in my home country. I have visited several business
providers in my home country like Tribhuwan University (TU), Kathmandu University (KU), Pokhara
University (PU) and other foreign affiliated colleges, INGLINGTON, The British College (University of
the west England, UK), Kings College (International American University, USA) and many more.
Though I found many institutions for my desired course business, however, when I researched
furthermore the syllabus and balance between practical and theoretical approach I was not satisfied.
Nepalese education system is totally based on theory with no industry experience as well as the syllabus
also are not time relevant. So, this reason causes me to choose other country for my further study.

For my intended business course, I actually had three options to study abroad: India, US, UK and
Australia. India was actually my first choice but there is no any vast difference between curriculum of
Nepal and India with both focusing on theoretical education. Consequently, graduates lack skills required
by the real world. Furthermore, employers in Nepal prefer to hire candidates who have completed a more
qualified degree abroad with relevant academic scores and work experiences. This prompted me to
obsolete this option. So my possible choice was USA, Australia or UK. To chalk out one among the two
nations, I took counseling from consultancies and met with the universities representatives in education
fair. With major features like high quality education, affordability, excellent weather, I was convinced to
choose Australia.In USA I need to sit for a competitive exam like SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) or ACT
(American College Testing) which takes a lot of time. In UK the currency value is really high. Australian
currency is a lot more economic for my parents. In UK & USA there is no tuition protection scheme
(TPS) like Australia. USA is not safe as we used to heard gun issues everyday but Australia is very safe
country.

My reasons for choosing Australia for my study:

First of all, the Australian approach to vocational and technical education is now recognized as among
the best and most innovative in the world. It enjoys an international reputation for excellence in all areas
of education and training. Australian qualifications are recognized by employers and leading educational
institutions in many countries around the world.Secondly, Australia offers excellent support system to the

rights of international students studying in Australia, including Tuition Protection Service (TPS) that
provides placement and refund service for international students, which is activated in the event that
preferred institution is unable to teach the intended course and also governs the registration process and
obligations of registered provider’s and enforcement and compliance powers. Thirdly, Australia’s
standard of living is amongst the highest in the world. Living expenses and tuition costs are considerably
lower in Australia than they are in the United States and United Kingdom. Likewise, Australia offers
safe, secure, supportive living and studying environment and weather of Australia resembles similar to
my native country so that I can feel homely there. The investment from the government in their education
sector and the policies for foreign students has jointly made Australia as one of most seeked destination in
the last decade. Their industry relevant course contents and expertise in teaching faculties have shown
high employability of university graduates after university degree. The introduction of post-study work
visa will enable international graduates to gain practical work experience in Australia after they graduate
and enhance their overall international study experience. Thus, my higher education in such a unique and
multicultural study environment would definitely succeed.

Future Plans:
As soon as I completion the two years program in CHOICE BUINSESS COLLEGE I will join to reputed
institution providing higher education (Bachelor of Business) to complete my Bachelor’s in Business.
After the completion of my bachelor degree from Australia, I shall be back to my home country and try
my best to find a related job for higher designation in renowned and well established national or
multinational companies and try to establish myself in the field of my study by utilizing an international
knowledge and skills that I could gain from an Australian degree. I shall pursue my career in the field of
my study and contribute my knowledge that I could gain from the CHOICE BUINSESS COLLEGE,
Australia in my own hometown. And, I hope it is only possible if I get an opportunity to graduate from
abroad and learn various ideas and techniques from the International Market.

Financial Support:

Education in Australia is quite costly to the overseas students; however the return we gain from the
education is worth. So, I am keen interested to go to Australia for my further education to study- diploma
and advance diploma at CHOICE BUINSESS COLLEGE, Australia. Regarding the expenses for my
study, for my living expenses and for my other required expenses while in Australia, my parents will
sponsor me for the entire duration.

My understanding on student visa subclass 500:

I am well aware on obligations for international students under higher education visa in Australia. It states
that a student needs a compulsory attendance of 80-85% as well as pay their fee before due date. Students
should over their OHSC. If a student changes their residence or changes their contact details, they have to
inform the immigration and concerned departments of college within 7 days. A student is not allowed to
work more than 40 hours per fort night.

Family is the most important part in every person’s life. After completing my studies, I would be joining
my family members because I am the only son in my family and the feeling of living with family and
sharing happiness and joy together is enigmatic. After gaining knowledge about the cutting-edge
