Q1 - Did you use to eat chocolate when you were pregnant?

A1 - Yes, I used to eat chocolate when I was pregnant.

Q2 - Did you used to go shopping when you lived in Paris?

A2 –No, I didn´t

Q3 -Did you used to wash the car in the mornings?

A3 -No, I didn't wash the car. I took him to a car wash on Saturdays.

Q4 -Did you used to dance salsa?

A4 -I wasn't used to salsa dancing.

Q5 -Did you used to swim in the sea?

A5 -yes, I used to swim in the sea. I like it a lot.


Q6 -Did you used to work as a bartender?

A6 No, he didn't used to work as a bartender. I was a butcher.

Q7 -Did you used to rescue animals?

A7 -Yes, I used to rescue animals and find a home for them.

Q8 -Did you used to ride horses?

A8 -Yes, I used to ride horses on the weekend.

Q9 -Did you used to wash the dishes?

A9 -Yes, I used to do the dishes at home.

Q10 -Did you used to cook breakfast?

A10 -No, I didn't use to cook breakfast, my mom used to make it.

Analyze each image, then observe the clue adjective, and Write down three sentences for
each image, use the past simple tenses, see the example to guide you through.

CLUE : EXPENSIVE

Sentence 1 (adjective/clue).- The ball was expensive

Sentence 2 (comparative).- The doll was more expensive than the ball Example

Sentence 3 (superlative).- The bicycle was the most expensive

Sentence 1.- -Maggie was angry.

Sentence 2.- - Eddy was more angry than Maggie

Sentence 2.- -The thermometer 2 was more hot than thermometer 1.

as well as its superlative, to compare three things or

Now compare something bad.

1. (bad) –Chucky is bad.


2. (comparative) - Chucky is meaner than Annabelle.
3. (superlative) - The worst is Chucky.
