1. Passport information: Description: This module is helpful for the people to move to other states or countries for their needs. There are 3 ways to apply for the passport. Functionalities: Entering new passport type information in home page. Entering the document details to be submitted for applying. Update of passport type information on home page. Deleting of passport type information from home page. Customer can view all passport type and documents information.

Applying for passport: This module is used for how to apply for the passport and which certificates we need to submit for the particular type of passport. Provisioning: User name Father name Mother Name Date of birth

Functionalities: Applicant should enter all the data for applying Submit the form. Generate the user id. Publishing the user id to the user

2. Payment Module Provisioning:

Functionalities: Applicant can choose online payment for paying the passport application fee Applicant should submit the bank details for online transfer to passport authority bank account Generating the new transaction by updating the balance of user account and passport authority account Informing the transaction id to applicant Queries: Update the balance of selected user Update the balance of passport authority account Select the max transaction id from transaction Insert the new transaction record

Alerts: Successful fund transfer with a transaction id

3. Verification module: In this module different department have to verify all the certification offline and they change the status. Provisioning 1) Education documents: Documentation code Documentation name University/board Verified status Feedback

2) Citizen Proof documents: Proof type (like id proof, age proof, nativity proof) Certificate (like telephone bill, driving license, voter id, ration card) Description Verified status Feedback

Functionalities: Displaying the list of documents of selected department Verification authority can choose a user certificate to verify Authority can change the status of verification after offline verification

Queries: Select the document details belongs to particular department Select the document of selected applicant Update the verification status of selected applicant

4. Authentication: This module is used to check the valid user or not.

Provisioning: User ID

Functionality: Applicant can submit the user id for authentication Checking user id whether it is correct or not. Re login by entering the correct user id

Select user id from user list Alerts: In valid user id ply religion! 5. Status verification and feedback/complaints This module is used to check the status of verification process and delivery of passport.

Functionality: Applicant can verify the status and feedback of verification authority on submitted educational certificates Applicant can verify the status and feedback of verification authority on submitted citizen proof certificates
