match the specifications, the team can be moved to a more appropriate

kerugian perusahaan. Dalam fungsi manajemen ini pimpinan harus turun
langsung melihat progres kerja timnya. Jika perlu berikan pemahaman
jika terjadi sistem kerja yang tidak sesuai dengan rencana.
Manajemen directing semacam ini juga perlu dilakukan. Karena ini terkait
langsung kepatuhan kerja dengan perencanaan. Karena hanya dengan kerja
sesuai planing, target tujuan bisa tercapai tetapi tidak sebaliknya. Atas
dasar itu, tetap berikan directing yang bagus. Tetapi hindari melakukan
teguran yang membuat tim merasa tersinggung.
5. Controlling
Controlling atau pengawasan adalah fungsi manajemen bisnis yang
terakhir. Controlling semata observasi apakah sistem kerja dilakukan
sesuai kerja atau tidak. Dengan adanya pengawasan inilah poin-poin
penting yang akan dijadikan evaluasi harus dicatat. Begitu juga dengan
kesulitan-kesulitan yang dialami.
Controlling ini tidak harus dilakukan oleh pimpinan tetapi paling tidak
oleh ketua kelompok. Karena mereka yang lebih tahu apa yang sedang
terjadi di kelompoknya. Pimpinan tinggal meminta laporan
pertanggungjawaban perketua kelompok saat evaluasi. Dari laporan itulah
pihak pimpinan bisa menentukan kebijakan untuk bisnis periode
selanjutnya.
