Please be advice that effective
01/07/2022 the monthly rent for the Premises located at 15/21 Flat no 407 Kailash Vihar Apartment , where you are currently a tenant, will be Increased to ₹23,000/- per month payable in advance on/or before the 5th of each month.
This is a change from your previous
