I am Jose P. Oxina, the most recent SEF job order personnel assigned at Awang
Elementary School. I am 57 years of age, in good health and more than 30 years residing at Zone
4, Awang Opol, Misamis Oriental. I have 8 children, 5 are married while 3 are in my parental
security. I am married to Mrs. Gloria Macalunod of Barangay Awang. My source of income
these days is self-farming. I able to obtain around Php. 2000.00-2500.00 monthly income for my
family.

I would like to apply and continue my recent job order position at Awang Elementary
School under your administration. I am a hardworking person and good in basic carpentry,
simple masonry, gardening and farming, painting, security, and janitorial services.

Furthermore, it is my great pleasure for DepEd- Awang Elementary School faculty for
recommending me to reapply my recent job position in the school.
