Kind attention is invited to the reference 1St cited in which, the Chief Engineer,
Polavaram Irigation Project, Dowlaiswaram has informed this office that the
Government of Andhra Pradesh envisages for development of Dr. YSR Gardens with
about 100ft tall statue of Dr. YS Rajasekhar Reddy as a major tourism project and
requested to prepare and submit a presentation for the proposed project to present t
the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.

In thisconnection, a two-stage design competition has been constituted by APG&BCc

for selection of Architectural Consultant through Design competition for
development of Dr. Y'SR Gardens at Polavaram Project, Andhra Pradesh and a
Request for Proposal (RFP) has ben floated vide reference 2d cited. Accordingly, an
agreement has been concluded with the successful architect, M/s Ravikumar &
Associates, Chennai for the work of Preparation of Master Plan, Detailed Landscape
Designs, drawings and estimates (Part-A services) for Development of Dr. YSR
Gardens at Polavaram Project, Andhra Pradesh vide reference 3n cited. Based on the
designs submitted by the Architect, a line estimate has been prepared for an amount ot
