Guidelines For Poster-Slogan Making
GUIDELINES
1. The competition is open to Grade 5 pupils of SNES only.
2. Mechanics:
a. The contest is on the spot and it will be done through Google Meet
b. Microphones will be turned-off and Cameras will be turned on
c. The entries shall all be ENGLISH
d. The DRAWING or POSTER and the SLOGAN should be aligned with the
theme, “Bawat Bata Bumabasa sa Kabila ng Hamon ng Pandemiya.”
e. The SLOGAN should be written in the drawing material or within the poster,
and the number of words should not be more than fifteen (15).
f. Contestants are given one and a half (1 ½) hour to finish their work
g. Contestants should prepare their own drawing materials:
Pastels 12in Ruler
Pencils Sharpeners
Marker White Cartolina
Erasers
h. Sketched or patterns are NOT allowed
i. Violations to any of the abovementioned rules will lead to the disqualification
of the contestants
j. The Board of Judges will comprise the Grade 6 Teachers
k. Decision of the judges shall be final and non-appealable
l. All entries will become property of the school after the contest
3. The Poster and the slogan must depict or effectively relay a message on the theme,
“Bawat Bata Bumabasa sa Kabila ng Hamon ng Pandemiya.”
4. The Top 3 winners will be awarded right after the contest
5. Criteria for judging are as follows:
a. POSTER
Relevance to the theme 15%
Craftsmanship 15%
Originality 10%
Visual Impact 10%
b. SLOGAN
Relevance to the theme 15 %
Creativity 15%
Originality 15%
Impact & Presentation 5%
TOTA L 100%
6. The contest will be simultaneously conducted at 1:00 PM
7. Awarding will be done after every contested activity is done
8. The Committee reserves the right to disqualify any entry that fails to abide by the
stipulation signifies in this contest guidelines.
