All the Principals are requested to submit the list of candidates appearing in each paper to
the Chief Superintendent concerned. The Chief Superintendents of the Project Report
Examination Centers are requested;

1. To make arrangements to conduct the Project Report Examinations notifying the

exact dates of examinations to the concerned candidates.
2. To conduct the Project Report Examination on the basis of Nominal Rolls submitted by
the Principal or on the basis of Hall Ticket of the candidate.
3. During the schedule of Project Report Examination may be conducted at the
respective colleges with P.U. appointed external examiner.

4. The above-mentioned examinations have to be conducted as per schedule, for all the
courses for which the university has sanctioned the affiliation. The university will not be
held responsible if the examinations are conducted for all those courses for which the
university has not sanctioned the affiliation. The list of colleges falling in Group ‘A’ and
Group ‘B’ is uploaded on the website www.palamuruuniversity.com.

5. Project Report Awards should be sent online; the necessary link will be made available
in the college login. Principals/Examiners are requested to login, enter marks and
submit to the Examination Branch. The same should be downloaded and a hard copy
should be submitted in the exam branch duly signed by the Principal.

6. The last date for submission of Award lists of Project Report Examinations along with
the scripts ‘D’ forms as follows:

Group “A” Colleges : 28-06-2022

Group “B” Colleges : 29-06-2022

All the Principals are requested to submit Soft & Hard Copies of the
Schedules of Project Report Examinations on or before 25-06-2022 before 3.00 P.M.
to the Examination Branch, Palamuru University.

NOTE:

1. HALL TICKETS CAN BE DOWNLOADED ONLY AFTER, SUBMISSION OF PRACTICAL AND

INTERNAL MARKS OF CONCERNED PAPERS OF AN INDIVIDUAL TO THE EXAMINATION
BRANCH ONLINE.

2. THE CHIEF SUPERINTENDENTS ARE REQUESTED TO SUBMIT PROJECT REPORT MARKS

THROUGH ONLINE ON THE SAME DAY OF EXAMINATION.
