Data Flow Diagram: Admin (Librarian)

Figure 1 shows that the admin can input data or request data to
ESSU Library Management System and then the data from the system
store to the database, after that the database retrieve data to ESSU Library
Management System and system will report the data to the admin/librarian.

Figure 2 shows that the admin/library can input data or request if the
admin choose to add books, and that the data will store to database. If the admin
click borrowers the admin can also input or request data. The issued books holds
the data of different books in the library and know the details of the book.
Borrower’s data will store to the database and return books is the one hold data
of the borrowers and books, if the data completed the reports will summited to the
admin/librarian.

Figure 3 shows that the admin can input information to the system
and that data will stored to the database or the books table. Admin can
also update and delete data from database and it can also retrieve data.

Figure 4 shows that the admin can input information of new
borrowers to the system and stored it to the database/borrowers table and
after that the data stored the admin can request and retrieve data.

Figure 5 shows that the admin can input and request issued books
to the system and retrieve data from database the table of books and
borrowers. After those process the admin will store Borrowers to the
issued books databasetable.

Figure 6 shows that the admin can input and request data if he/she
click return books and also retrieve data from database the table of books
and after that the admin can return data to the borrowers table.

Figure 07 Shows the last process of the flow of the system. The
admin can request reports from the data base, the add books, issued
books and return books table and retrieve data to the print reports. After
that process the admin can print all reports in the system.
