Title of the project:

Cyber Café Management System


Introduction

1) The cyber café management system is developed with a view of


providing a better experience for the costumer in a modern cyber café .

2) It clears the doubt of the customer and helps the owner of the cyber café
maintaining a solid record of the customer and ensuring the paying of bills.

3) It also helps in providing feedbacks of our cyber café .

4) This is a projects which helps us to understand the importance of the computer


our daily life because without them there would have been no cyber cafes

Objective of the project:

1) The objective of this project is to let the students apply the programming
knowledge into a real- world situation/problem and exposed the students
how programming skills helps in developing a good software.

2) Write programs utilising modern software tools . Apply object oriented


programming principles effectively when developing small to medium sized
projects.Write effective procedural code to solve small to medium sized
problems.

3) Students will demonstrate a breadth of knowledge in computer science,


as exemplified in the areas of systems, theory and software development.

4) Students will demonstrate ability to conduct a research or applied Computer


Science project, requiring writing and presentation skills which exemplify
scholarly style in computer science.

Python:

Python3 is chosen for developing Cyber Café Management System.this


projects has developed features for customers, charges, Downloads etc, which
reduces the human efforts and increases the efficiency.

This python projects on cyber café management system is a web based


project.

It’s an interpreted language, not a compiled language. It makes Python an


easy-to-debug language and thus suitable for beginner.

Python is an easy to learn yet powerful object-oriented programming language.


It was created by Guido Van Rossum.
Language and software tool used:

 Python3: To run this project we need python3.

 Computer
 Any PC can be used irrespective of the operating system since it’s
compatible with Mac, Windows, and other Linux divisions.

Hardware requirement:
 PROCESSOR: Pentium IV processor.
 RAM : 256 MB RAM.
 HARD DISK: 40 GB hard disk.
 MONITOR: Normal.
 KEYBOARD: Normal.
 MOUSE: Normal.

Software requirement:
 OPERATING SYSTEM: ANY WINDOWS BASED OPERATING SYSTEM

Customers Module:

It contains all the functionalities related to the Customers.

Charges Module:

It manages all the operations related to Charges.

ID Proof Module:

It manages the ID Proof related functionalities .

Computers Module:

This module manages Computers functionalities.

Downloads Module:

Downloads modules contains all the CRUD operations related to Download .

Usage Module:

Usage module contain all the required functions which include adding ,
viewing , deleting and uploading Usage lists
Future scope of Project

1. The system we proposed has great scope in the current as well as future
time situation .The cyber crime monitoring system can be enhanced to an
extent by implementing this system.

2. Most of the firms and establishments are being computerized in order to


ease the tasks to be performed. The Internet café unfortunately are rarely
computerized .

3. We ami through this venture , a better reliable solution

4. In the primary stage of feasibility study itself we received an exquisite


response and so we plan to go ahead with this project .
Conclusion
No software can be called perfect in the fast moving high- tech world.” The
Cyber Café Management System” seems to very useful but may be outdated
near future.

However it is simple software, would be adequate for present time for


functioning of the firm inn proper way .

After doing the system analysis & drawing ER diagram, DFD now we can
easily develop the café management System, which will manage the whole café
efficiently & fast & also Free manual errors.
