ISL is a steel manufacturing public listed company that manufactures and sells Flat steel. ISL manufacturing facilities
are located on 32 acres where company produces Cold Rolled Steel, Galvanized Steel and Color Coated Steel for
numerous industrial and commercial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting, including annual audit and half year review. Ensuring all financial
statements are complete, accurate and in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and
present true and fair view of the business.
Performing leading role in preparation of financial projections and budget.
Cash management/funds allocation.
Looking after Company’s Term loans & Overdrafts facility and allied matters.
Close coordination and negotiate with banks for pricing / tenor and other day to days matters.
Reviewing financial performance through analyzing key ratios and trends including Break-Even point in terms of
value and quantity.
Reviewing operational performance reports regarding sales, purchases, production, inventory and
receivables/payables through aging.
Tracing out variances and identifying reasoning going into detail to find out either the variation because of rate,
quantity or efficiency.
Having a close coordination with Treasury department and Sales Department.
Ensuring control over transactions and reviewing policies.
Close coordination and update project expansion.
Manage all Insurance matters.
Responsible for preparing Provident fund, Gratuity Fund, Worker profit participation fund accounts and National
Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) accounts and submission of different reports to SECP as per statutory
requirements.
