Greetings with love and peace!

Reina Mercedes National High School is one of the schools that has been approved to participate
in the Face-to-Face Progressive Expansion of classes (Grades 11 and 12) on May 16, 2022. In
this regard, we would like to request that classes for grades 7–10 be expanded. Based on the
evaluation made by the composite teams both from SDO and Reina Mercedes District, the school
is ready for the operation of classes since all the requirements and necessities were provided and
complied with as indicated in the SSAT. The parents, learners, and stakeholders are very much
willing to participate in the aforementioned activity based on the parental content collected and
feedback.

Attached herewith are the approved classroom program, number of teachers, and number of
learners with parents' consent.
