venue. If the tender opening date happens to be on a holiday or non-working day due to any other valid reason,
the tender opening process will be done on the next working day at the same time and place. Tenders received online
without the necessary documents mentioned above will not be considered and shall be summarily rejected. Further

The firm period of the tenders shall be 60 days from the due date of submission of bid.

The bidder is advised to submit the bids well before the stipulated date & time to avoid any kind of
network issues, traffic congestion, etc. In this regard, the department shall not be responsible for any kind of such
issues faced by bidder. All other existing conditions related to the tenders of Kerala PWD/Irrigation Department
will be applicable in this tender also.
Basic rate in figures in the BOQ / Tender schedule should be entered by the bidder in two decimal
places only. Even if quoted otherwise, only first two decimal places will be considered for arriving the Probable
Amount of Contract.
The terms and conditions in Form 83 will be replaced by the terms and conditions in the Standard Bid
Document with effect from the date of approval of the same.
Prevailing rules and up to date amendments regarding GST will be applicable to this tender. Tender
conditions may vary as per the directions from Government / Chief Engineer.
