River Rock RADIX IDC (Integrated Delivery Chain) is a convergent web-based customer care, order management, rating,
billing, and accounts receivable application designed for the back-office operations of Telecommunications providers.
RADIX IDC provides a centralized view of customer information and includes an integrated suite of applications to
support various work roles within the organization. The River Rock RADIX is used as Blue Casa’s back office system.

Responsibilities:
 Analyzed the user requirements, functional specifications and Use Case documents and created the Test
Plans, Test cases for Functional testing.

 Performed Black Box and Unit testing using Equivalence Partitioning analysis.
 Conducted Regression testing, smoke testing, cross browser testing through automated testing tools
like QA Wizard, Selenium and cucumber along with Manual testing.

Progressive Auto Insurance Company has worked cooperatively with a technology firm to install in their customers'
vehicles a global positioning system device which, in addition to providing personal security, and roadside
assistance, also monitors a number of other factors, including: time of day, amount of driving, and estimated
geographic location of driving. The company can use these additional factors in its “Autograph” Program in
determining auto insurance rates which are more specific to individuals' driving habits.

add comments and resolutions to it. Once they enter the resolution, email will be sent to the Sales bankers and their
supervisors automatically. 

Responsibilities:

 Plan and Execute the Test Plan for Wells Fargo Fulfillment Feedback project.
