Receptionist: Good evening! Welcome to Dyner Hotel, this is John Nicko Caparas speaking.
How can I help you?

Client: Good day, Mr. Caparas! I'd like to make a reservation; do you have any available rooms?

Receptionist: Yes sir, we have several rooms available. For how many people and when is your
preferred date?

Client: I'd like to schedule the reservation for 27th to 30th of July and only for two.

Receptionist: What kind of room would you to stay in sir?

Client: Do you have any room recommendation for two?

Receptionist: Certainly sir, we have 3 kinds of room, the suite room, the executive room, and
the deluxe room. Would you prefer the suite room? Our suite rooms have a balcony with the
view of the ocean, a sofa set, a walk-in bathroom with shower, bathtub with hot and cold running
water, Jacuzzi a king size bed and air conditioner. It is P10,000 per night sir.

Client: Sound reasonable for me. Make a reservation for me from 27th to 30th of July.

Receptionist: Great! What name will the reservation be listed under?

Client: The name is Rene Dela Cruz Jr.

Receptionist: Thank you sir, can you repeat please your first name?

Client: Sure! It's Rene R-E-N-E


Receptionist: Thank you sir! Could you please tell me your address and phone number?

Client: You're Welcome! My address is Cacarong Matanda, Pandi, Bulacan and my phone
number is 0912 345 6789.

Receptionist: Alright sir, I repeat your address is Cacarong Matanda, Pandi, Bulacan and your
phone number is 0912 345 6789.

Client: That's correct, Mr. Caparas

Receptionist: Okay sir, your name, address and contact number are noted. How will you pay the
bill sir? Through credit card or cash?

Client: Can I pay it through cash when I get there?

Receptionist: Alright sir, your bill will be paid through cash.

Client: Okay, thank you!

Receptionist: Alright sir. I will repeat all the information I got from you. You are Mr. Rene Dela
Cruz Jr, your scheduled date is July 27 to 30 2022. You will be staying in the suite room which
costs P10,000 per night and will be paid in cash.

Client: All details are correct, Mr. Caparas. Thank you!

Receptionist: Okay sir, your reservation has been made. Is there anything else I can do for you?

Client: That's it, Mr. Caparas. Thank you for assisting me!

Receptionist: My pleasure sir, thank you for choosing Dyner Hotel.
