1 Compete With The


Other Competitors
PROBABILITY: High
IMPACT: The users will slowly move on to another
streaming platform.
PREPARATION: Produce more exclusive contents
that only available in Netflix.
RESPONSE: Netflix must plan an attractive
promotion to attract more users.

2 Combating With Piracy


Issues.
PROBABILITY: High
IMPACT: Users preferably likes to watch free
without paying to the online streaming platform.
PREPARATION: Came out with competitive
price that can be affordable for most people.
RESPONSE: Netflix need to alert more with
their users needs to combating with piracy
issues.

3 Servers Downage and


Power Outage
PROBABILITY: Low
IMPACT: Users will not be able to access Netflix
content online.
PREPARATION: Prepare a backup servers to
continuously providing access to the users.
RESPONSE: Although it is a low threat problems,
Netflix need to be ready all the time as it will affect
their users ratings.

4 Data Breaches
PROBABILITY: Low
IMPACT: Users privacy such as their
credentials data might be exposed to the
outside threats such as hackers.
PREPARATION: Netflix need to fortify their
servers security.
RESPONSE: Netflix will need to run a daily
servers security checkup in order to avoid
data breaches.
