The important factors to succeed in our industry is effective communications because it is

essential for success and growth of every organization. Business communication is always goal
oriented. Communication is very helpful in planning and coordinating the activities of business. If the
system of communication is good, useful suggestions will come from the subordinates to the
superiors. This would be helpful in the formation of plans. Also Effective communication between
employers and employees plays a vital role in obtaining maximum production with the minimum of
cost. Continuous quality improvement because it’s adding value to the way we will operate. It drives
both the improvement of processes and products and enhance our business value to our products
and services. This will lead to more sophisticated and overall more economically competitive
offerings. And the Strategic and tactical plans because it can help to provide guidelines for our
businesses, teams, and individuals to follow.

The pandemic has dramatically impacted our Sunset By The Sea Resort Hotel. But in many cases,
the pandemic has been a chance for our Sunset By The Sea Resort Hotel to innovate and find new,
creative ways to serve customers. To succeed in the future, operators need to devise strategies for
meeting a variety of potential business needs, from increased digital offerings to optimizing delivery
ensuring the safety of staff and guest.

One of the environmental trends affecting the industry is climate change, because climate
