Competitors– All businesses face competition with the goal to lure more customers to avail
their own respective products and services. Three of the biggest competitors of Sunset by
the Sea is Resort Negrense, Villa Iska Resort, and Brazaville Beach Resort because of the
products and services they provide.
Market leaders– the leading businesses in the market industry are the resorts located at
Punta Taytay, Brgy. Sum-ag, Bacolod City. They are currently the leading beach resorts
where guests usually visit that offer similar products and services as Sunset by the Sea.
The pandemic has dramatically impacted our Sunset By The Sea Resort Hotel. But in many cases,
the pandemic has been a chance for our Sunset By The Sea Resort Hotel to innovate and find new,
creative ways to serve customers. To succeed in the future, operators need to devise strategies for
meeting a variety of potential business needs, from increased digital offerings to optimizing delivery
ensuring the safety of staff and guest.
One of the environmental trends affecting the industry is climate change, because climate
change has become an alarming hazard to companies and the speed can only be understood when
