I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The store is a retail company that sells inspirational tees that is trendy, in demand and competitively
priced that suits for everyone. We know for sure nowadays people are very conscious about what they
wear and how they appear that is why our shop (Cahtees Cloth) developed some unique ways to attract
customers and believe our customers as the best shop in the place. Our business is uniquely qualified to
succeed it's because of its best quality on the management team, the products and from the customer's
relationships that we've created. The management team have its unique compentencies like the skills,
knowledge, initiatives and attitudes that is necessary in the business to successfully manage the
customers. The business has a patents to protect the products, designs or process over for how many
years.

The business have a starting capital for about 100,000.00 in year 2019. As of 2021, the total
exepenses of the business is arround 30% of the capital. The total profit earned within 2 years is almost
300,000.00. The business is expecting that in the next 5 years the profit will increase 70% of the capital.

 INDUSTRY DEFINITION

The Cahtees Clothing store will be located at Marcos Calo Street, Butuan City. The store is
approximately 2500 square feet. It contains two dressing rooms and unisex restroom. The business has
its own and original brand which is CC stand for Cahtees Clothing. The product line is a tees with a round
neck style with comfortable cloth.

 MARKET SIZE

The size of the market is approximately 2500 square feet and it can produce a thousands of products
every month which can provide the customers wants.

 MARKETING OBJECTIVES

- To be able to increase profitability year by year.

-To be able to establish a solid reputation as quality retail business.

-To be able to achieve the largest market share in the place for clothing.

- Increase average length of customer relationships and decrease customer turnover.


 TARGET MARKET

The target market is composed of any gender and 5 yrs old and above. The target customers are
those who really appreciates inspirational tees and residing in an urban area. They are either shopping
for themselves or for their special someone.

 POSITIONING

Differentiation is the positioning market of our business it sets our product or service apart from the
crowd. If our products are different in styles, designs, quality and features then it is the best position to
compete to other businesses in the place.

 STRATEGIES

- Know your buying consumers, not just your intended consumers.

- Use some influencers to promote your products.

- Use unique designs that is different from the competitors.
